Well I had driven up there and looked at a Laramie Longhorn and was hoping to trade my truck in on it, and told them I would be back up to trade my truck in on it and they told me they were going to address the issues I had found and let me know when it was going to be done so I could come up, but they didn't wait and sold the truck out from under me and also I had called several times and left messages for them to call me and let them know I would still be up there. So to me that is not how you do business and I was basically pushed out of the deal and ignored since they didn't return my calls until it was to late, very disappointing well not recommended this dealership to anyone.

I bought a beautiful car from them under the impression everything worked. Turns out there’s a problem with the Bluetooth and the car doesn’t have hands free capabilities. I have repeatedly asked them to help me get it fixed they have refused. Now days a car without hands free that isn’t considered a classic is a waste of money. I will give them some credit as they did help me fix a problem with the headlights. My one star is between me and them and should in no way affect anyone else’s consideration on if to give them your money.

I sent my GMC build to 6 different dealers Dane Hansen was the ONLY one that explained they had no allocation from GM and that if I waited one would eventually come available. Every other dealer just blew me off or tried to sell me whatever they had. Dane called every couple weeks over the 8 months it took to order my truck just to check in. Dane was top notch.

I was to preface this to say that customer service is really great. Friendly and helpful. We have purchased vehicles through Sheridan Motor and had a great experience. We will however, not be using them for repairs as we feel that $175/hour for repairs is a crazy amount and almost twice as much as others in town.

Sheridan Motors did an exceptional job and we handled everything remotely as I was buyer from an adjoining state. Dane Hansen (Sales Consultant) did an excellent job in handling the transaction and answering my questions. Would highly recommend this dealership!

We have purchased several SUV's and pickup trucks from Sheridan Motors over the last eight years. The first person we met back then was Benton Johnson and the manner in which he communicated with us made us feel welcome and special. Over the years, with every purchase, we have been treated courteously with respect, and dealt with fairly in our purchase. From Benton, to our Sales Rep Jess, Kyle in finance, Mike and everyone we've met at Sheridan Motors, we've always found everyone friendly, with positive attitudes and appreciative of our business. Loved everything about the service, people, accommodations for customers. The ONLY thing was the guest wifi would not connect to my device. I contacted to my mobile hotspot and enjoyed the time it took to service my truck.

The service advisor did a excellent job of explaining the issue we had. We came in as a emergency repair and the advisor listen. He explain it would take all day possible to free up a tech. We decided to wait. He kept us inform on our status. About 2 hour he came and inform us the truck was ready. It was a programming problem on def. Great service!

We are traveling across the US pulling our travel trailer. While in Sheridan for only a few hours our Yukon went into 4wheel drive on its own and would not come back out of it. Derek set up an appt with us and got us right in for a repair. They had to reset the computer for the stuck 4wheel drive. They were also able to get us a new LED taillight that had been out. Their service was fast. They were very kind and understanding. Their prices were very reasonable. Thank you!

After dealing with multiple dealerships and sales people in Billings, we found Sheridan Motors and an amazingly helpful team who went above and beyond to help my wife obtain the car she wanted for a reasonable price. I highly recommend working with Jess, Kyle, Brent, and the entire team! They even waited for us after hours so we could make the drive down I-90 and complete the deal. Don't waste your time in Billings...drive to Sheridan - not only will you save some $$$$, you'll have a great car buying experience that's second to none!

I flew in from 500 miles away because this place was the most organized, coordinated and ready place. They were great in preparation over the phone and even better when I was there. I hope my next car is one they sell because I'll be back again.
