Well maintained and comfortable. Our group got 4 rooms on our road trip and everybody was happy. Great little town to spend the night in.

There is no office. You have to call and make a reservation. Decently priced but really tiny. Only take credit card by the phone so that was kind of fishy. The bathroom wasn't all to clean and the heater was sitting right next to you. The carpet was a dirty green color and it just didnt look clean at all.

Well, I'll say this much. The room was warm and there was almost enough hot water for two showers. We were the only people 3 of the 4 nights we stayed there, however, so I don't know about the hot water situation if we had had to share with other customers. The room had some charm with its single pane windows, cracked tile, and a bathroom door latch that required some muscle to make the door close. It would have been nice to take a soak bath but there was no tub stopper. The person who handled the phone reservation said she would text me the room access code. It turns out that's because there's no manager on site. On the 3rd evening I called to ask if they ever come around to refresh towels, clean rooms, etc. "Oh, you need more towels?" she replied. I'll send someone over tomorrow. And someone did show up the next morning, apparently surprised that she'd been called to work that day. Alas, the pretty town of Ten Sleep seems to be in decline and with services like this, I don't expect that to improve in the near future.
