We booked our room several months in advance. Upon arrival there was an envelope with our keys to the room in a box at the locked office door. Our room was already occupied with another guest with the same room keys. MAJOR EMBARRASSMENT. The manager gave us the only room left which was not being used because the AC was broken and several light bulbs were out......miserable night for us. What poor management and service. Manager just went back home.

I had a clean and comfortable room, and I appreciated being able to park my motorcycle directly in front of my room.

Overall it was okay for a motel of this class, it had everything you needed.

We found this facility to be perfect. The room was impeccably clean with what appeared to be nearly new furnishings. The adjacent Mile 1016 Pub was also above average and had a good selection for the rural Yukon. Check in process was super easy as well. We will be staying here again, definitely not a place to miss while driving to Alaska.

Rated it a 5 as stayed in 3 places in Hajnes. Seems to be best value for money. Rooms were warm in winter, wifi worked, everything good no complaints. Rooms probably can be noisy and hear neighbours.

Some hotels in the Yukon can be pretty dodgy. This one is reliably clean and comfortable. Nothing over the top but a good stay. Furnace was a little noisy in our room but it didn't bother me.
