First, this is a Visitor’s Center and Museum. The complex is well laid out, free wifi is provided, and lots of places to sit, either indoors or out. Nice small gift shop with a good selection. Great ladies working at the Visitor’s Counter. This is stop where you will want to spend time catching up on email, reading about the local history, and purchasing something to remember your stop.

Excellent visitor Centre with amazing, insightful staff. Great exhibits as well. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Mountain views. Haines Junction is a must to visit and stay. The community is wonderful.
