I had a great experience with u-haul in Whitehorse. I picked up a 5x8 U-Haul on the expected date. The staff assisted with a couple of items I needed (a larger pin for the hitch and a wire attachment- that I was conveniently able to purchase at the location). The staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.
