“I found ChildTime through my BrightHorizons benefit through my employer. I was in need of back up care for my infant for a week.Joanna’s communication was exceptional. When I informed her about our daughter’s multiple food allergies she offered to send the menu for the week so that I could cross off the foods containing her allergens.Joanna even called us the evening prior to let us know RSV had been present in our daughter’s classroom so we could decide what we are comfortable with.Ms Ryan and Ms Jamie, the infant teachers, were wonderful. They took such good care of our daughter even when she was teething.The app (SproutAbout) is so nice because it allows you to watch a live video feed of your child’s classroom while they are checked into class. Overall had a great experience and will be enrolling soon!”
