Bought a package for my fiance and she loves it. Loves the one on one attention in a nice clean environment and is really enjoying the workout. Yes she says it is kicking her butt, BUT in a good way. After I recover from surgery I am anxious to join her on these round robin sessions, I am already seeing it pay off for her. She tells me the instructors are super attentive as well, so go show some support for this family owned business and get into summer shape

This gym has changed my life! I am actually excited to work out. I can pop over ANY time and leave in less than 40 minutes having accomplished an entire body workout - I feel the changes in all areas of my body and I never got this at Orange Theory (for example). Each 3 minute station is different and can be adjusted to suit a beginner like me or one of the "pros" whose form I strive to emulate. Even if a station is really tough it is only 3 minutes and I know that I can push myself to get through it. Pamela is an angel and I leave each time feeling like I got a personal training session. I cannot believe the cost either, so much bang for your buck. This place is a true gem!

Seriously, the best workout place I've been to in all of LA. I know that big to say but I've been to a few lose weight in 6 weeks kind of thing and I really don't care for gyms. But I love that i can come anytime and do my 30 min workout and be on my way or even take a second round if I'm feel extra motivated. Pam is really great. I feel like I have person trainer sometimes because she really focuses on your form and is very motivating. I highly recommend this place to literally to everyone, I even see kids there!

The most effective and efficient workout. Allows for busy individuals to workout on their own schedule. In under 40min you get a trainer guided full body workout.

I found Pro-Fit 3 when I was scrolling through local gyms and decided to try out a class. I immediately knew I wanted to join and I have been a member for almost a year now. I can't even explain how amazing I feel! I have lost weight and gained so much muscle. But my favorite part of this gym is that I never dread going. Pam and Blade have worked hard to create this amazing and welcoming environment that encourages you to keep going.

Having a great experience at Pro-Fit 3 for the past 7 months!! It's incredible how much of a sweat you can get going during a 35 minute session here (10 stations, 3 min per + 30 sec active rests in between). Come in anytime you're ready without committing to a specific time to get your workout in! All the trainers are great, challenging and encouraging; they make coming to workout not such a dreadful chore :)

I wish I could Pro-Fit more than 5 stars -- I love everything about it! The trainers treat you like family, and strike the right balance between being encouraging and challenging! They are patient with you as you learn, and quick to notice your progress! The circuit workout is SO FUN it doesn't even feel like working out (until you feel sore the next day!) Workouts are only 38 minutes, with 10 3-minute intervals and 30-second active rests. There's weights, TRX bands, and punching bags! On top of all that, the trainers change the workouts every day so you never feel bored or tired. Regardless of age or fitness level, you will get a personalized and FUN workout! Try it out!

I absolutely love everything about Pro-Fit 3! I can arrive anytime to complete 11 - 3 minute stations for a complete work out. There is great variety, since everyday is a different work out routine. What is consistent is the encouraging trainers; the variety of fun but challenging sets using weights, TRX bands, and punching bags; the great feeling when I've accomplished the sets; and the results of increased muscle strength, definition, and emotional confidence. Every age and level is welcomed at this family business. Five stars plus for Pro-Fit 3!!!

All the stars. Family owned gym where anyone can feel comfortable regardless of your "level" of fitness. Workouts are always fun and always challenging. Owner Pamela is body goals as well as being extremely friendly and knowledgeable ... she explains everything .. all the trainers there are on top of things and do a great job ... just try it out

The perfect workout! Efficient and effective, Pro-Fit3 nailed it with their curated 33min - 11 station workout. With guidance from a personal trainer on site it feels like you're getting 100% percent personal attention and a workout designed just for you! This gym allows you to show up and start at any time! No waiting for classes to start or stop. Get there and GO!!! 33min for an unbelievably effective workout. My energy level is through the roof. I used to be a member of a luxury big gym and would walk around aimlessly, waiting for certain machines with no plan and look down and see that 90min had gone by and I had barely worked out. Not here! There's no thinking involved. A full body workout uniquely designed daily.

Never been in this good of shape in my life. The staff are super friendly, doesn't feel cultish at all, and the workouts are effective. I finally have a six pack and the crazy thing is, I actually want to keep going to the gym. I've never felt like that before. Definitely recommend this place!

I have finally found my forever gym...no class schedule, 33 min workout and you feel like you worked out hours, and amazing staff. When you are there you feel like you are getting personal training without the huge price. I am a full time working mom who doesn't have much time and have kids who hate childcare at gyms, it's never worked for us. Now I can get an rigorous workout in in just 33 min, unless you are brave and want to do two rounds or more, and do this before I pick up kids. The gym is very clean. The workouts change daily. It circuit training that includes boxing elements. It's worth checking out and joining.

This gym is a must try! There are no class times which is super convenient for busy schedules. I came in for the first time today and the stuff made sure to coach me through each work out thoroughly and motivated me not to give up!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

I am a full-time working mom of two with a hubby who works long hours. I don't love keeping my kids at after-school till late and they have always hated when I would leave them at gym childcare, so have not been good about taking care of myself and exercising even though I do love it. I am always looking for new places and I found Pro-Fit 3. Based on what I saw online it looked amazing. I have done circuit training before and loved it. I decided to go in and check it out. I was pleasantly greeted and introduced to everyone. I easily signed up for a free workout. I was not disappointed. I came in, got my wraps on, and began. I love this type of workout because it's always changing and you get a full body workout. My face was sweaty and red at the end. I've been three times now and I'm hooked. If you are like me and have no time between work and kids then look no further. Pros: place is very clean. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable (I have some arm/shoulder issues and lower back issues and exercises can be modified). Feels like you are getting personal training without the huge price, workout whenever you want because there are no class times, mix of different types of exercises (weights, boxing, etc) Can't say enough good things. Cons: NONE
