“I had been looking for an Italian sofa for a while but always hesitated to order till I found furnitalia. The reviews seem too good to be true.. so, I drove from hHayward to Sacramento to see the show room... It was amazing and not only did they have furniture, but they also do amazing remodeling. I bought the sofa in the picture attached which Dmitriy and Eugene delivered personally because they were going to also survey my kitchen for a potential remodel. I have to say that this is a small business and the service is amazing. Looking forward to doing more projects with them in my new house. Oh... and the prices are significantly reasonable for the extremely great quality they offer.Katya helped me with the sofa - She was Spectacular and kept it real.”

“Adele was super helpful. I purchased a mattress over 5 years ago, and that model has been discontinued. Allele searched and showed me the most similar model of the current mattress I love so much. I had to downsize which is the only reason I purchased a new mattress. She adjusted the final sale/items to meet my needs. I wasn’t happy with the first sales person years ago, but I’ll for sure return to get services with Adele.”

“This is the second time we went into the Futon shop to buy something. Karil has always been pleasant to us. Not only do we have great conversation with her but we she goes above and beyond to help us with our needs. I think some people are to sensitive and misunderstand her. We have gone in just to window shop a few times and she was ALWAYS extremely helpful. Californians need to get a back bone and stop being weak minded! Karil is great! The quality of the product is great and keeps us coming back an our selection according to our needs is with no regrets! We will forever shop here for sure!”
“First, I have multiple chronic physical issues. I purchased an adjustable bed a few years ago, and it has been fantastic. Last fall I bought an office chair and a recliner. The office chair is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. The recliner which was being custom made did not arrive until this spring. Well, after sitting in the recliner a couple months, I realized a big issue. Given my many foot surgeries, my circulation has been compromised, and the recliner was very uncomfortable. I had to do something, and this was a very expensive chair I could not sit in. I went in to see Gill, and explained my issue. He had another recliner that he had me sit in for about 20 minutes to test. It was very comfortable. Gill agreed to swap the recliner at no extra charge. Truly, fabulous customer service in which I am grateful! I recommend the Ultimate Back Store as they have many options for chronic back issues, and most importantly 5 star customer service! “I would love to give these guys 5 stars but I can't. Here's why: It was not easy to reach or to get a call back over the phone regarding the status of the couch. I literally had to go to the shop and ask to see the couch, which they let me see in the warehouse in the back (which I appreciated). The delivery drivers were just plain rude. Almost didn't give them the $35 cash delivery fee for being complete jerks. It doesn't matter if you're the delivery person or the salesperson, how you treat the customer is a direct reflection of your business. Hope they can work out the kinks, because I'd really like to buy another couch here in the future! The couch is awesome, it's well made. I appreciate Andrea helping me over the phone and in person. Kasra was helpful too in the process of what I wanted.”

“This place may very well be small in size but huge with well put together furniture and excellent customer service. We purchased sectional furniture from RC Wiley's and it was delivered without the parts. Needless to say it was returned. Decided to branch off to the Furniture Co and we found what we were looking for. Shawn was so welcoming , very calm and patient also, a good listener. If you want quality furniture this is the place. Don't let the size of the store fool you.”

“David, the owner of Heartwood Artisans, accomplished the unimaginable. We hired Dave to create a round table with a leaf that matched the wood of our preexisting furniture. Matching wood color is a difficult, almost impossible task. Dave persevered, creating his own stain that was a great match. He even provided us with a small container of the stain he created so we could touch up our "old" furniture. Dave is a great communicator and a true artist. We now have a table that will last a lifetime.”
“Customer service is great. All the inventory is neatly setup and I appreciated that it was not overly cluttered. Inventory varies but they have a little bit of everything; so everyone in your party will surely find something they like. Some furniture is new, other is used but the price signs inform you exactly what you are buying. Inspect items thoroughly as I learned that the hard way with a side table I purchased. Seems like the previously used items usually have some defect and I didn't notice until I was unloading at home. Other than that, I love this place.”

“For years we have been making our daily trek to Emigh Outdoors for Xmas season. We always regarded Emigh's as the gold standard for Christmas decorations and inspiration in Sacramento. Last week we were surprised at the new displays in store front. Previous years were full of color and excitement for the upcoming holidays. Today the Emigh's that we know and love changed. Instead of the vibrant holiday cheer we've known, the displays were sparse at best. I thought maybe Emigh's was behind schedule and still putting up displays. When I was told this is it and Emigh's was trying new direction we walked out. Please bring back the old Emigh's”
“Robyn and the whole team at Urban 57 are wonderful! I have particularly enjoyed working with Robyn who has been my go-to designer whenever I have wanted help with design choices in my home. Robyn has helped me with everything from paint color to selecting furniture for my living room and bedroom. She has a great eye for color and she picked the perfect paint color for my bedroom which transformed the space! She has done two floor plans for me which are well worth the money because you can see how furniture pieces fit and buy things that are the right dimensions for your room. I don’t waste money (which I have done in the past!) buying furniture that is not the right size or color. Everything I have purchased, with the help of Robyn’s great expertise, has been lovely and just right for the space in my home.”
