“This is the second time we went into the Futon shop to buy something. Karil has always been pleasant to us. Not only do we have great conversation with her but we she goes above and beyond to help us with our needs. I think some people are to sensitive and misunderstand her. We have gone in just to window shop a few times and she was ALWAYS extremely helpful. Californians need to get a back bone and stop being weak minded! Karil is great! The quality of the product is great and keeps us coming back an our selection according to our needs is with no regrets! We will forever shop here for sure!”

“We had bought a bed at the home show and had it delivered. It turned out one mattress was a couple of inches shorter than the other - split bed. I stopped in the Madison store to talk about it and the lady (Susan) there fixed me right up for an exchange. Very helpful! Hoping the new mattress matches up better. “I was in search of a new bed for my 5 year old grandson. We looked at several furniture stores but they were very over priced. I remembered my son had bought a mattress set from this place so I decided to pay them a visit. It was a great decision. I purchased a new bed with a bookshelf headboard and the rails for a reasonable price. They've been in business for many years are a small mom and pop store which made the purchase even better.”
“First, I have multiple chronic physical issues. I purchased an adjustable bed a few years ago, and it has been fantastic. Last fall I bought an office chair and a recliner. The office chair is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. The recliner which was being custom made did not arrive until this spring. Well, after sitting in the recliner a couple months, I realized a big issue. Given my many foot surgeries, my circulation has been compromised, and the recliner was very uncomfortable. I had to do something, and this was a very expensive chair I could not sit in. I went in to see Gill, and explained my issue. He had another recliner that he had me sit in for about 20 minutes to test. It was very comfortable. Gill agreed to swap the recliner at no extra charge. Truly, fabulous customer service in which I am grateful! I recommend the Ultimate Back Store as they have many options for chronic back issues, and most importantly 5 star customer service! The table was 50% off so I got a really good deal on it and also received my sofa loveseat recliners two days ago and was also very pleased with those. “I am very happy that Tony and Ken offer very good customer service and discount. Sleep haven owner on Mchenry and Roseburg tried to charge me $1,059 for futon frame and futon, but Tony from furniture and more only charge me $450. Tony went out his way to charge me $180 for futon frame, $230 for the high quality futon and after tax was $450. I save $600 for buying my futon frame and futon at furniture and more. Tony and Ken are very nice and helpful coming from me who has shopped at their furniture and more store more than 3 years already.Sinay”

“I went into the store today primarily window shopping- thinking I wouldn’t be able to truly afford what I wanted and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, smelled good, not too busy and very well organized with ample walking space. I went in braced to haggle and be pushed toward spending more than I intended. Not at all what happened. I was immediately greeted by a pleasant man named Jay who was very respectful and conversational. I told him I was there to buy a mattress and bed frame set. The first thing he asked was how much I wanted to spend and he would work with me. He did not lie. I wanted something in the price range of $600-800 with delivery and setup. Ridiculous I know but hey money has to stretch! He showed me some 3 options on the lower end of my price point, 2 in my upper and 2 a little more than I anticipated. He was very patient and supportive of my family’s needs. He also offered a gift of sheets with my purchase! Super considerate as I’m going from a queen to a California king. I planned to go by a goodwill furniture store to find a look for a cheaper option and said I’d be back in 30 minutes but would think about it. When I came back in 30 minutes not only did he recall my name but he was happy to see and assist me. He even helped me save some $50 on taxes by offering other payment options. I walked out of there with the perfect set, same day delivery for $800 feeling valued and respected. Thank you Jay.”
