“We have purchased a number of appliances from M&M over the years and have always had good service with no problems. Recently, we replaced a 10 year old Bosch dishwasher (also bought from M&M) with a newer model, and we had excellent dealings with Derek and good help from Clayton. Installation/delivery were quick and seamless.”

“Brothers Sew & Vac at 3317 Connecticut Ave., NW, between Macomb and Ordway Sts., is where I have been taking my 2000-2001 Miele vacuum cleaner for repair for almost 5-7 years. They’re great. The nicest guy works there, Assane (pronounced like Hassan without the H), and he does much of the repair work himself. I was last in there in 2019, and I remembered how great he was the last time. It’s not cheap getting my Miele vacuum repaired, but they do a great job and know their business. Check them out.”

“After a stop in Home Despot and Lowzzz (both wastes of time) and a visit into Annie's Ace (usually solves the problem but not today) I stuck my nose in here to see if they help "regular" folks. They do. I was in and out in under a minute with the part to fix my three-day-old problem.*sob* I love you.”

“Brienna Sawyer has very naturally become our main contact at Ferguson (Friendship Hgts, DC), and we consider ourselves most fortunate. Being in the midst of renovations, Brienna has been patient in listening to our needs and offering constructive solutions, including researching items that may work for us. She has not only been enthusiastic with helping us in the showroom but over the phone and via email as well. We are so appreciative of all of her kind and thorough assistance!”

“Well, in general, but when it comes to video games, there is no variety of games and other peripherals, especially for Xbox and Switch. I think this point can be improved. In terms of service, I think that the employees could be a little more friendly and service-oriented and responsive to customer needs.”

“I have to give Douglas a HUGE shout out. I came in completely confused how to fix my oven door hinge and he showed me all the tools I needed, how to use them, and even got me started with the repair. He was beyond helpful and even showed me how to avoid the problem in the future by demoing on one of the models in the appliance section.Every time I come to this store I've found the customer service to be so helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my home repair needs. Thanks again Douglas!”
