He helped find me a working charger. I love this location so much, it’s honestly a gem to stop by after all the museum visits and what not.”

“I had a problem and I did not know where to turn. I felt beat up by the system and clueless as to my next step. My mother had died and l was her estate exec. She had an account with WF and I tried via the phone to close the account and disperse the funds to the heirs. I tried for TWO years; pushed from office to office to office to office; asked for form after form after form…After two years I had had enough and walked into Washington’s Market Square Branch with a two inch thick file folder and threw myself on the mercy of someone in the Market Square office.
