On February 20, 2024, I placed an order online and paid $640.93 for a Jackery Explorer 880 Portable Power Station with Order ID 27737835. I expected to receive a confirmation email indicating that my order had been successfully processed or a notification, either by email or text, confirming that my order was ready for pickup. However, I received neither. Upon checking Brandsmart's website, I discovered that my order had been inexplicably cancelled. On February 21, 2024, I visited the Brandsmart store located at 7260 North Kendal Drive and personally purchased the same item. The transaction took place at 11:18, and the receipt number is 0215555052. The sale was facilitated by Seigidi, Thomas, with assistance from Alberto Reyna, and the transaction concluded at 11:24. Subsequently, on February 26, 2024, I returned to the same store to return the item, which I had not used. The staff member opened the box for the first time to verify its condition and accepted my return. The Credit Memo number for this return is 0215558828. The transaction was handled by Seigido, Thomas, at 13:57, and assistance was provided by Steven Garcia at 14:13. Upon reviewing my bank account, I discovered that I had been charged twice. Believing that the initial transaction had not been cancelled, I disputed the charge with my bank in the hope that the return would be processed as a credit within a few days. However, to my frustration, as of today, the original order remains active, my dispute has been reversed, resulting in a duplicate charge, and I have yet to receive credit for the return made on February 26, 2024. I am deeply dissatisfied with this situation, as I now have three charges from Brandsmart on my credit card. It has been over a month, and I am still grappling with these unresolved issues. I demand that all charges be reversed immediately, and that the appropriate credit be applied to my account without further delay.

Why am I not surprised to see almost every review is poor? I only chose one star because I HAD to make a selection. They need to have the option for zero stars because BrandsMart USA Leasing doesn't deserve any stars! When you call, someone picks up and says "BrandsMart please hold," then proceeds to place you on hold forever! The last time I called I hung up after 15 minutes. I looked up the Corporate office phone number and was provided a 954 number. I called and spoke to someone who didn't give me her name. I told her I wanted to file a complaint because of the long hold times. She proceeded to let me know "well ma'am when you call you know you're given the approximate hold time." I told her I was not given an approximate hold time. I decided to move on from there and told her the dishwasher I purchased doesn't drain and it doesn't dry. She proceeded to tell me "well you know we have a 15-day return policy." I told her I did not know that, and she told me "well it's at the bottom of your receipt so you should know that." She then told me I need to troubleshoot the issue or reach out to the manufacturer. I told her my lease agreement says they are responsible until I no longer have a lease. She transferred me to the service department -- another long, 12 minute hold! The woman who answered sounded like I was bothering her. I told her my issue and she said "okay, let me look into that for you." Mind you, she didn't ask for any of my information. We sat in silence for about 4 minutes, at which time I asked if she was finishing up her notes from her last call. She said "no ma'am, what's your phone number?" She couldn't find me. I told her I have the lease agreement number, which starts with a letter, and she could not pull anything up with letters and numbers. The representative then told me I need to call and find out the order number, then call back. I said, "Aren't you customer service?" She said, "No, I'm service and repair. I can transfer you to customer service if you'd like." I said, "Yes, please do." She supposedly "transferred" me because I heard music in my ear. After about 5 minutes the call was disconnected. I didn't expect anything less as that's the BrandsMart USA culture. And Americans have the nerve to get upset when they lose their customer service jobs to outsourcing! I'm completely disgusted!

Went to clearance center but ended up purchasing a new washer and dryer on Saturday (1/6) for delivery on Tuesday (1/9) per Carmen the in-store experience was great but that is where it ends. Took off from work on Tuesday on to find out delivery was scheduled for Wednesday which I had other appointments and couldn't be home. Spoke with Carmen and she admitted that it was her mistake so delivery was set up for Thursday (1/11) only to be told my delivery will not be coming. Spoke with assistant manager Artis only for him to say that I can have it scheduled for Friday or Saturday yet taking another day off from work. Emailed some higher ups to see their suggestions at this point a cancellation is coming, it's too many other places selling appliances.

I really wanted to give this people no stars but I had to so I can do my review. Couple weeks ago I came back from overseas only to find out my dryer wasn’t working. Went to the Brandsmart in Sawgrass but I would no be getting a dryer anytime soon because it wasnt available. My brother told me to go to the clearance center in Lauderhill and I did. Bought a gas dryer, the red hair sales person told me to disconnect the gas before delivery, which I know because it wasn’t my first time buying gas appliances. The city came the day before delivery and disconnected the dryer, when the guy delivered my dryer, he left the new dryer downstairs left the old dryer upstairs and left, he put in his reports that the gas wasn’t disconnected. I called the salesperson and her manager,she tried to put all the blame on me for their delivery guy not doing the right thing. After having the new drying in my living room for days I brought it upstairs and ended up spraining my wrist still hurting.Sunday I went back bought a range that was brand new to be delivered and have the older one removed, they told me to disconnect the gas which the city did yesterday. Today bransmart delivered my range and left it in the middle of my kitchen and with th older one and wrote on the report that the gas wasn’t disconnected so they didn’t remove the older one so now I have 2 stove in the kitchen. Called customer service and they told me what’s on the report and if anyone had told the guy the gas was disconnected, yes the guy was told and couldn’t he see it with his own eyes. Will never buy from them again. Customer service sucks. The sale lady sucks, the manager sucks and delivery sucks. Do better. after buying all my appliances from Brandsmart for over 25 yrs. They lost a loyal customer .

Had a great experience at this store over the weekend and previously on Black Friday. The associates to cashiers were all very kind and gracious. Carmen was knowledgeable and made sure we got the best bang for our buck.

Thank you to the GM Ruben and the rest of the crew at the Clearance Center. From start to finish I got great service and an awesome price on a refrigerator and dishwasher. I received my appliances within two days and the delivery guys were on time and handled my delivery with care.

I need assistance with a web order i recently placed for a tv. The tv was delivered in a defective condition with the screen detached from the casing. I immediately contacted BrandsMart USA and let them know. Brandsmart's web order team eventually arranged for a replacement tv to be sent, which arrived on Saturday. The replacement TV had the same exact problem. I am now advised that since i dont have the box, which has been disposed of, i need to reach out to someone else at Brandsmart as there is nothing that can be done. I need assistance asap. This is not right and is unfair. Please accept responsibility for your damaged product.

Been shopping at Brandsmart for years and found their prices to be very good. Took a look around the clearance center and found exceptional prices if you dont mind a few scratches and dents. :)

We went thinking that we would be able to get an appliance that had a scratch or dents at a reasonable price. The salesman was honest with us. There is NO guarantee that what you get is good. He showed us a washing machine that had water inside. And to make it worse, that machine was on "sale" for around $600. Not worth it!

Good customer service. You can get a good deal on some scratch and dent items. Much smaller than the one at Sawgrass. You can get in and out quickly.

I hope this reaches the hiring department and Human Resources in Brandsmart because they need to seriously review their delivery personnel or train them how to interact with customers better.I had a fridge and stove delivered to my house in a gated community. The issue I had with the driver was me attempting to let him in through the gate. I’m spelling my last name and he repeated the wrong letters back to me. I had to spell out my name 12 times, and yes I’m serious, my daughter kept count. I even went as far as to spell name like this: “S for Son,” or “J for Jelly.” I did this for every letter and he still could not find my on pin pad with all the names listed. He proceeded to yell over the phone about how inconvenient this was to him and if he’s not let in he’s going to leave.Then upon delivery he installs my appliances roughly, leaving the plastic film and other bits of garbage on the appliances, along with some dirty disgusting residue on the front of my fridge. I’ve bought from here before for years, recommending it to friends and family, but after this experience I’m not going to anymore.

Shopping in the store was great. But the delivery was a nightmare! I wouldn't never shop here again. Delivery was confirmed, the drive said he was an hour out... 2 hours later. Supposedly I wasn't at home. No phone call. No one knocked on my door. Nothing.I call customer service and they told me there's nothing to be done. I need to talk to the store. 4 transfers later the call drops. I eventually got a manager at the store and I was told nothing can be done. I need to talk to the sales person. I've never dealt with any company where the manager needs to beg sales for something. I've been told it will be at least 3 days until anything can happen, and that's a MAYBE. Meanwhile I have no furniture, no refrigerator, nothing. They didn't even want to hear my side of the problem.Stay away from Brabdsmart, once they get your payment, you're dead to them! I took time off of work, called in favors, and I'm left with an empty apartment and managers that say, "Too bad. Call another day"UPDATE: 3 days later, the delivery guy comes. And guess what! They don't offer the service that I was promised and paid for! Sure, it's on my order, but the delivery team says it's not something they do and take it up with corporate"

Worst possible customer service you could imagine. We purchased two appliances from them and the delivery service which we confirmed with both the sales rep and manager several times that they remove old appliances and install new ones and we even had it written on the order form. The first time the completely did not show to the house and lied and made us go thru terrible customer service to get them to redeliver. And then second time the drive showed and said they won’t install the appliances because they don’t remove old ones and they’ve apparently told the store that several times and they won’t listen. Now we have to return everything and start from square one. Absolutely terrible.

It's the worst. I bought two dryers, one of them the most expensive came out of the change and the seller instead of giving me a dryer gives me a washing machine. The customer service is terrible, the manager, a very complacent lady, didn't even ask for an excuse. I don't recommend it, they sell cheap but they are damaged, the products are for fishing and they sell new at high prices.
