“As a longtime boost customer, I have NEVER had trouble with phones or service itself. I also have run into a LOT of trouble with surrounding stores near Hollywood. I came to this location and I was impressed instantly!! The 2 ladies at the store not only took care of me but was honest with me about my plan options and got my to where I needed to be to fit my needs. Both women worked together to provide me excellent service. I was nervous at first because other stores have been super rude or cons. I recommend this store if you want to be treated right and with respect! As long as this store stands with these ladies, I will bring my business here!!!”

“On Thursday afternoon, I went to the AT&T store off of Broward Blvd. The associate there told me that the phone I was trying to have added to my account was not unlocked and that I needed a 4 digit code. After speaking to a Verizon representative, I was told the phone was in fact unlocked and no pin was needed. I decided to go to a different AT&T store today. Both associates at this store were helpful and had the phone activated for my daughter in less than 10 minutes. There wasn’t anything wrong with the phone and no pin was needed. I am not sure why the associate at the other AT&T store couldn’t get the phone activated/working. I will make the drive to this store from now on. 10/10 recommend!”

“For Anastasia Mazen, manager When I arrived Dillon was helping a customer, but took time to direct me to the low chairs to have a seat. As I waited, he came to me and said there was one more customer before you. Shortly he came to me, analyzed my situation and recommended a solution. What a guy! He was so polite and knowledgeable and in 35 minutes I had the info written down by him and he handed me that info and I left. I just can't ever remember encountering such a resourceful salesman anywhere. This was truly a magic moment and he didn't make a cent. No pressure, intelligent, caring people are so rare. Thank you and if you need someone to rely on, Dillon is the man! Made my day for sure. He'd be my choice if I was hiring to work for me. Thanks again and have a good day.”

“I've taken a break from Yelping for several reasons but my recent experiences with this Metro location leaves me obligated to express how happy and pleased I am with the customer service my family and I received from Steven. We visited the store twice and called twice and on ALL 4 OCCASIONS Steven took such great care of us. He patiently described the services and products. We bought an iPhone and accessories and he helped transfer our data from the old device to the new device and the whole time telling us about Metro and continued to thank us for our business. Kudos to who ever trained Steven. Hope to pop in soon for our next upgrade and look forward to dealing with Steven again!!!”
“Came in to take care of my mother's phone. This involved moving her from another one horrible carrier to T-Mobile to be added to our plan and we were fortunate to meet Quincy. This was not an easy process as the carrier was outside of the US and we were experiencing many problems. Quincy was well mannered, super helpful and most importantly knowledgable about what we needed to do. We had to return the following day and he made sure to coordinate a time when he would be in the store to further assist us with our issue. Our issue was taken care of in a quick and efficient manner and my mom got her old number back as well as a working phone in less than 24 hours. Quincy was amazing and if you are having issues with your phone/service he's your guy!”
