I had the pleasure of being introduced to Jasleene Morales from Appliances by my aunt Erika Gutierrez who also works at Brandsmart. Jasleene and her manager both were able to accommodate me with all my request. She kept in touch with me even throughout the delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this brandmart to everyone. They have an awesome staff.

Customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! The first day of delivery, Monday, my window was 9am-12noon. According to the ticket I was the second stop. The delivery truck shows up at noon on the dot. Unfortunately they were unable to deliver as the townhouse has stairs. (Did anyone ask about stairs when delivering?) The 2 person crew only does deliveries with out stairs. The delivery man calls and reschedules on speaker phone with me for a return date on Wednesday 9-12noon Wednesday I I'm up at 8 (keep in mind I work nights so I've had 4 hours of sleep again). I call to confirm delivery and a 4 man crew. The customer service agent is unpleasant from the start and continues to get more and more rude and upset with me as I'm trying to confirm. She can't find my order number based on the number I give her. "That can't be the order number it's too long!" I'm reading it off the last text message i I received.. which calls it an order number.. puts me on hold for 10 min. Comes back to tell me it's been rescheduled for Thursday. She's angry that I ask for the correct order number in case I have to call back and quickly hangs up with out answering my questions. I call back to confirm that my delivery is for the next day and that it definitively has a 4 person crew, between 9-noon. I ask if I'll receive a confirmation text message and tracking. That night I get the confirmation text and the links to confirm and track. I confirm the delivery. Thursday morning I miss 3 calls before 730am. (Again I work nights). I wake up at 830 and call. . I'm put on hold. And transferred. And put on hold. And transferred. And put on hold and transferred. I hang up and leave a message with the salesperson whose voicemail says he's out of town for the holidays..

In 2020, I was doing renovations in my home and went to Brandsmart in Miami Gardens to shop appliances. I had the pleasure of working with Jasleene Lopez Morales. I gave her an idea of the kitchen I envisioned and she helped me make it a reality for a good price. She was so knowledgeable and patient. This year I bought an investment property and I knew I wanted to work with Jasleene again. Even after one of our appliances did not fit in the cabinets, I called Jasleene and she immediately found another appliance that would fit our specifications. Now I will only go to Brandsmart if Jasleene is working because she is a true gem!

Kanny is by far the rudest salesperson I’ve ever interacted with. I asked a few simple questions and she refused to help me and gave me a really inappropriate response. She even went to the extent to block my phone number where I was unable to confirm my delivery details. Don’t bother shopping here awful customer service and definitely don’t give Kanny your business.

BEWARE OF SCAM. Employees at this store will LIE and deny that your existing account is open and attempt to run your credit and offer you financing that you have to PAY for at a ridiculous APR from an outside third party. Do not be tricked by people who lie to ruin your credit and keep you indebted. Go to a reputable store.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator from BrandsMart USA, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. Brandsmart always has what I need at great prices. I love the scratch and dent stores, too. Many times you can hardly see anything wrong. It may just be the last few items from the main store they are bringing in a new model. You must check it out.

GO TO BEST BUY. The prices cheap are so is their customer service. FRANK ROBAINA the store manager has zero customer service training. HE WALK AWAY FROM ME he didn't have time for my complaint.

I called their general customer service number and told them I wanted to order a refrigerator for a tenant of ours, and they transferred me to the appropriate store.I was connected to Kanny, their refrigerator sales rep, and told her what I needed. She immediately took all the info, including measurements, color, make, style, etc. She found the perfect one for me, and it was $300 off on sale! Plus, they removed the old fridge and hauled it away for free! Wait, there's more! They were able to deliver it in 2 days!! Kanny, you are the bomb!!I have always had good experiences at this particular Brandsmart. Now, I also have a great sales rep to contact for future purchases. Thank you, Kanny!

Hands down and by far I have received the best customer service you can ever hope for from a sales representative in a store! If you need to purchase a refrigerator or any appliance for your home, go see Noel at the BrandsMart North Miami store. And, I would also like to sincerely appreciate all the help and support Ariel Vieyto, store manager, for his relentless efforts to ensure that we got our merchandise in a timely manner.

This place doesn’t deserve any flags at all. Customer service sucks! I called to speak to someone to follow up with the technician who was supposed to come back and fix my washer its been a month and every time i call the repair department the girls pick up the phone and hang up. I call back to try other department then they pretend they dont understand me and hang up.I speak English and Spanish and no one will help me. How do i contact someone who can help me to tell me when are they going to come fix my washer. The technician said he will come back in a week after he orders the part its been a month and no one has come by yet. This is horrible customer service from you guys.
