“We came in late after traveling almost 24 hrs with our infant and toddler and Bradley and Tiffani were so nice helpful! Tiffani helped bring up our luggage to our room and was kind and nice to my toddler. The next day we went to our car and accidentally left our lights on since we were sleep deprived so our battery was dead. Bradley came in for the win and saved the day by jumping our car before his shift (which I'm pretty sure he clocked in late because he was helping us but he didn't even hesitate to help us!). We were a complete mess with the time change and the staff was just amazing! My husband couldn't sleep since we were 6 hrs behind (Hawaii time) and he went down stairs at 2am and Samantha was so nice and helped talk to my husband till he was tired. Overall, the staff made the stay wonderful! The breakfast food was also really good and a good variety and selection. Definitely would recommend!”

“Nice hotel. Swimming pool, outdoor spa. Happy hour 4-6: 50% alcohol and entry. On Monday, from 5 to 7, there is musical Bingo and you can win drinks or tickets. It was a lot of fun. Great atmosphere. In the morning, it offers free coffee and tea in the lobby. The full lunch was delicious, cost $23”

“No hot water the morning that we left the second time. Power went off briefly the night before and the front desk lady had no idea how to check hot water heater circuits were tripped off.Food & drinks: Breakfast was fresh and abundant.”
“I didn’t get the pleasure of staying here because they were sold out on doubles and that is what I needed but the staff here is AMAZING!!!!!! I was helped by Martia (hope I spelled it right) she went above and beyond to help us find another hotel and even booked it over the phone for us I never had that type of service from any hotel I ever stayed at. My family couldn’t stop complimenting her. The lobby was very clean and so was the restrooms I will recommend this place to anyone”

“What a delightful experience it is definitely a diamond in the rough, don't be deterred by the outside appearance when we got in the room it's very well maintained and clean the hotel itself is very quiet. And the beds were very comfy. When we're in the area in the future we'll actually stay here and they have plenty of parking.”
“Beware. My recent stay here had bed bugs. I didn't know what bed bug bites look like so I had to research and it is in fact bed bug bites. The rooms are questionable to begin with. Service is poor. Staff are not happy and take their anger on you. I had to choose this hotel because there are no other ones available.”

“I don't remember the guy name who checked me in.. but he was amazing... def recomm this place. The room is nice. Bug oh bed that comfy. We are only here for one night. Getting on a bis and geading back north to home.... if I ever come to florida again . I'd def stay here... staff is very polite.”
“Was having a wonderful day until I had a major issue....The elevator got STUCK between the 2nd and 3rd floor!!! Was really scary but the nice staff rewarded me with 13,000 choice reward points for my troubles.”
“Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Rooms were clean, and housekeeping was helpful with additional towels. Showers had good water pressure. Firm comfortable bed with feather pillows. My only problem was that the walls were super thin, so I could hear the neighbors and people walking above me.”

“Wonderful hotel, BUT make sure that you have an odd numbered room on the east side of the hotel. Otherwise Tuesday - Saturday you will be up until late in the evening listening to the LOUD music from the bar patio. They have an outside patio with live music Tuesday- Saturday and it's on the second floor with rooms above on floors 3-5. BEWARE!”
“Stayed two nights. First night was in room 148 which is on the ground level closest to the interstate I-75 so you can hear all the traffic as it travels across the local bridge. So did not sleep well that night. This room did have a funky smell. With hardwood floors that definitely need to be mopped a lot better. Checked out of that room and got a room on the other side of the hotel second floor room 201. This room was very clean with carpet. All bed linens and towels and stuff were very clean and smelt that way. No highway noise. AC worked excellent. All in all had a decent stay. Went to the swimming pool very nice pool. Decent little Continental breakfast in the mornings staff was very helpful and courteous. I'd stay there again. I'd recommend it to others.”

“We stayed in this location for a night since my husband was attending orientation for a local job. Check-in was a breeze, and the lady upfront was very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and more than enough to stay one night. The pool tbh sucks. Super small and the max depth us 4ft. Their fitness center is really good and their machines are in good shape. Will definitely stay here again if needed.Rooms: Very spacious and cleanFood & drinks: Continental breakfast offered from 6am to 9am”
