“Hands down, one of the greatest veterinarian experiences. I wanted to find a new vet for my Russian Tortoise as we are new to the area. Given how challenging finding a good quality and affordable vet is nowadays, I was extremely hesitant to try one I simply found on the Internet. Lo and behold, I came across Dr. Rolfe and her team at the Bird & Exotic Hospital off Lake Worth Road. Finding the office was made easy thanks to their ability to text you the location, as well as a detailed list of what they would like for you to bring in. I also received a first-time patient survey that provided them with basic information about my tortoise. When I arrived, I found ample parking in a rather large and spacious parking lot. I strolled into a very well-maintained and modern clinic. I was given a warm greeting by one of the front desk staff. They provided me with visitation details and directed me to their comfortable waiting room, filled with plenty of chairs and reading material. I waited no more than five minutes before we were called in. The nurse was extremely polite and outgoing. She took a detailed history as well as answered any basic questions I had. Immediately after, Dr. Rolfey came in and saw my tortoise. Similar to her staff, she was kind and respectful. She took the time to answer my questions and was very funny! It was very welcoming here. I felt like they were talking with me, not at me. They provided me with the costs of every service and product they offered, with no pressure to do anything, while suggesting their honest opinion if I should or should not do something for my tortoise. Before I departed, they gave me a list of suggestions as well as my bill. Paying was very easy too. I cannot believe how well I was treated here. I frankly wish my personal primary care doctor took as much time as the staff of Bird & Exotic Hospital did to thoroughly answer all my questions and provide guidance.”
“I took my cat and was a bit worried about the grooming process because my cat hates baths. He came back looking fresh, and extremely well-mannered. I think he enjoyed the grooming, and the groomers took such good care of him. I watched as they gently got him out of his carrier and did their job, making sure my cat was comfortable along the way.”
“I visited today with my daughter (15). The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable and, most of all, so very caring for all the cats. Considering the number of cats, the location was spotless.If you're looking to adopt a cat, this is the place to go to. Even if you don't adopt (we didn't) HELP THEM to help the animals. Put a few dollars in the donation box (we did). The money is used to offset the cost of taking care of all the cats.I can't praise the staff enough. I plan to visit again and I will gladly donate money again as well as help with needed supplies.”

I'm so proud of the owners growing their business so quickly, from the weekly farmers markets to this beautiful location. Well deserved! “Hi my name is Rose Inzirillo, just returned from picking up my dog Blake. He desperately needed to be groomed. I read reviews & came across Fluffy Puppy, saw some bad reviews but my neighbor has 2 beautiful dogs that get groomed there. I took the chance & went there.The owner Linda was more than helpful, the groomer Gerardo explained everything that he was going to do I have never been happier with a grooming experience.Best part , Blake is happy .”

“Great selection of toys, food and bowls. Everyone here is always so nice and extremely helpful. You can even adopt a kitten here. We are the selection that they have is top of the line and it’s all really nice stuff. I definitely prefer this over a Petsmart. Their location is right on the Avenue and you will have to choose street parking. I love this pet store and have been going here for almost 15 years. Highly recommend.”

I have never met anyone that cares more about the animals. She is gentle, kind, patient, honest, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly talented at what she does. I feel so fortunate to have found such an incredible place and human to help care for my sweet fur babies (even though they can be a lot to deal with at times ?). The price was also a lot better than the other local pet stores and the staff is always super helpful with questions or concerns I might have. It's a great little spot for small mammals, reptiles, and fish.”
