“Staff at Gerber were friendly and very professional. They promptly checked the car when we took it in, gave us an estimate of the repair for the damage, explained the procedure for getting the repair done and answered all of our questions in detail. During the process we received daily information on the progress of the repair. The car was ready with a day of the estimated time( the only delay occurred when they were sent the wrong part). This however did not cause a problem for us. We would highly recommend this location.”
