“My 2019 BMW X3 barely started yesterday when I was headed out to lunch and needed my car for an appointment in the evening. Time for a new battery! Of course, in a BMW, a battery replacement is not just an easy swap out, they have to be coded to the car, so I couldn't just run by an Auto Zone. I found Malones on Google and they were able to get me in within an hour of my call. My car was ready shortly thereafter.When I left the shop, I did notice a rattle that was coming from the back and wound up going right back. Adam wound up jumping in the car with me to hear what was happening. He quickly discovered that one of the tie downs wasn't clicked into track and solved the problem!These guys were very friendly, fast, and honest workers. Good to know they are my neighbors as well, now that I'm out of warranty!”
“I stopped in just before closing earlier this week because My van had trouble starting. The manager, Blake, was friendly and helpful. He had a technician test The battery right away. Since they did not have the correct battery in stock, he ordered it And the shop installed it for me very quickly the next morning. Based on the interaction between the manager and the technician, it was easy to See that these people enjoy what they do, and they are focused on customer satisfaction. I appreciate, honest, friendly service and I will take my van. They are the next time I need any thing done.”

“As a female, I’m often hesitant taking my car to new places due to getting scammed in the past. I’m from Florida and needed to get my car checked for a faulty tire pressure sensor. The guys were so nice and explained everything going on clearly for me to understand. They also sent me over to Ford to get some things checked because they didn’t want to charge me hundreds of dollars without me really needing to. “I took my Tesla Model 3 here to have 4 tires installed (I bought the tires online from another retailer) and had a wonderful experience. This place was familiar with Teslas and also aftermarket wheel covers on Teslas; they didn’t damage the wheel covers during removal or reinstallation. My appointment was for 8am and I was out of there by 9am. They were very respectful of my time and kept me updated with the progress. “Bill and the team at Accurate care took great care of me, my car came in with an electrical issue the technician diagnosed it and within an hour was able to find that there was a chafed wire causing a grounding issue after about a week it happened again I brought it back to them and they were able to find a second place where the wiring had an issue they got that repaired and no problem since. The team worked with me to stay within my budget and did a great job. Thanks to Bill and the team for all of their wonderful care.”

“Raul is the MANNN!! He is extremely knowledgeable on Bimmers regarding parts, warranty related questions/concerns, cost & ETA of repairs with a realistic timeline and just overall very experienced & tells you the honest truth!!! Raul and the shop in general do not add bogus repairs/parts and you don’t need unlike the majority of other repair shops. Being a car guy and knowing (for the most part) what Raul and Technicians were talking about and understanding it, I very much appreciated how honest and sincere Raul and his team are!! “Came here to get a second opinion on my 2013 Toyota Prius. I had been going through the nightmare of going in and out of a different shop for the past month as they kept trying to pressure me into repairs I didn’t need that didn’t resolve the issue I was having. Spent 3k on repairs with this other shop before I decided they are not a good option. It didn’t take long for professional automotive to diagnose that my car has a blown head gasket. They explained that replacing the gasket is not a repair they offer since it almost always results in other expensive repairs and that I would need a new engine. Once I had time I did my research on my model and found that the blown head gasket is a common issue for a 2013 Toyota Prius with 170,000 miles and that if it was replaced it would probably just blow again. Unfortunately I didn’t deem an engine replacement as worth the repair and the technician I spoke with agreed with me. I’m glad I found a place that doesn’t pressure unneeded repairs. Sucks that my car is gonna be scraped but at least there is an end to the nightmare I have been living this past month.”
