“My first time shopping at Altar’d state was a few weeks ago, and I was primarily looking for outfits for a music festival I was attending the following weekend. Naomi helped me find the perfect outfits, along with some items I added to my upcoming fall wardrobe. She was very kind and I greatly appreciated her help through my whole experience. Toni also helped me find a beautiful bedazzled denim jacket right before I checked out because it matched the hat I bought! They were both very kind and helpful and I really appreciate all of the help they gave me! I love Altar’d State and will continue shopping here!”

“I have been a customer of Talbot’s for more years than I can count. Tim at Store #483 is the consummate professional. He knows stock well and calls me when an item I am interested in arrives at the store.No question Talbot’s has problems but not with the stores or any employees in my experience. The problem is in the design of MANY pieces for those of us who made Talbot’s successful. Who and why did they start designing with cutesy fabrics that I would never wear? I just purchased a black and white knit shell and sweater and waited for the pants to come in. Today they arrived and Tim called, I went straight to the store. The pants must be 18” wide at the bottom!! Ridiculous looking! SO disappointed and will have to shop elsewhere if some nice black tailored with wool content don’t appear soon. The only other black pants were “stretchy” which is fine but not for a suit! And not for all ages! Many of us are waiting for the wonderful tailored, sophisticated look you used to be foremost in presenting. Please do something about your designs!!!!!! I miss them!”

“Hidden gem of a gift shop! I drove by one day with my toddler and preschool boys in tow.
