I will recommend Bertrand Drive Animal Hospital to everyone..Could not ask for nicer people and is very good with the pets ....I had no trouble in understanding what Dr and asst were doing and why...They made sure I knew what they were doing...THANK YOU...

I will never stop recommending this place to all my friends. I'm a first-time cat owner, and when I take her to get checked up, the idea of getting bad news (or finding out you've done something wrong) can be very daunting. Every single step of the way, every time I visit, the people here are nothing but patient, supportive, and they explain everything without being condescending. TLDR: I will always choose Dr. Fontenot and the rest of the lovely people here over any other vet, and I highly recommend you do the same.

I've been bringing my dog here for almost a year now. She isn't the easiest of dogs to work with, but they always make the effort and take the time to make us feel welcome and like it is their pleasure to help. Their prices are very accommodating, and they even offer a student discount. They have been incredibly kind and helpful- I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring vet!

I took my cocker spaniel (Rudy), on yesterday for allergic itching that has been going on for awhile. The Vet staff and Doc was very friendly and informative, not even 24 hours later my pet seems relieved of itching. Thanks so much for the care given. Truly Professional

They have always been there for me and my dog. Max, the Lab, enjoys the doggie hotel. I gladly bring my dog to Babbette and staff. Two thumbs up !

They took me in to see my cat that was so sick I was scared she was going to die if she didn't get help soon. They were such nice people and made me feel more at ease. I dropped her off at 8:30 AM and picked her up at 11:30 AM Thanksgiving Eve. She had an infection and was infested with fleas. She is a yr. old and stays in the house. She wanted to sleep in the bath tub(no water) for 2 nights and now she is more spoiled. She is more lovable and lays on me all the time. She didn't do that before. I just have to keep that once a month flea medicine on her to keep the fleas off. She bits but they said she was good for them. That makes me feel like she trust them. She came from feral parents. Thanks Dr. Fontenot and staff!!????

great doctor great staff great service I have been at this vet for 39 years and do not plan on going anywhere else no matter what the current bet is fantastic and I love her and I would recommend this vet to anyone fantastic compassionate caring and understanding staff and Dr fontenot is amazing
