“SOME of the employees are absolutely amazing.... Also, the store is usually kept pretty organized and categorized... there are hardly ever any (sales) special colored tags on the clothing tho...”

“Clothes don't be clean, dog fur or bodily stains...but they can be washed, just stores time they aren't the types that shouldn't be in the bins. Other than that I love it”

“Seemed like a nice facility. It was clean & organized for the most part.12/31/22:Still a clean store, but no more than got inside & they relayed over the intercom, the store would be closing in 5 minutes. Guessing they were closing early for NYE, but signs on the door would have been nice.”

“?Great deals with donated items from boutiques as well as residents. My favorite is knowing that stylish brands are donated because of the tax write offs! Major deals. Some of the jewelry is actually real. My favorite location to thrift shop for all ? items too!!! This shop is a must!! The sales are based off of the tags color that is listed when you arrive. The store is organized and clean and doesn't have that stereotypical 2nd hand store smell. ✅✅✅✅✅”

“The staff at this location is absolutely incredible. Every single person that works there always has a smile on their face and is always happy to greet you. I lost my phone today and had it not been for such an attentive staff and the idea to turn off the overhead music, I wouldn't have found my phone and I'm so grateful and thankful. Even the shoppers there stopped to help me.”

“Changed my life for the better. Made me look more at myself and God and what I can control and react. Would have gave it 5 Starz but I went when the pandemic hit and they suspended visitation/ escape. They had to take us for supervised walks.”

“I've been a regular customer at this store for over eight years. I like that I can go there and find a complete capsule wardrobe. I was there two days ago. I bought two winter coats (like new) six sweaters, bootie boots. I paid $98.00. Yes, it was expensive for a Thrift store but the quality of the sweaters are like new, good quality. If I'd buy everything brand new it would've been over $300.00; specifically if I had bought my coats at a name store like JCPenney or Burlington. One coat is a black long petty coat with a hoodie. One is a short grey petty coat. The prices are on items; if you pay attention as you enter; the cashier will tell you the 50%, 60%,75%items on sale that day. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY SAY AS YOU WALK IN. This will make your shopping experience efficient because then you'll know what to focus on for that day.I buy lamps, pots and pans, shirts for work for my hubbie, furniture items sometimes they get new items that are nice.I put four stars because they DO NOT ? HAVE RESTROOMS. To all elderly customers; do not?? go into the store expecting to use the restroom. They will tell you, to go elsewhere. ??”

“Savers is always clean and fairly well organized. It doesn't have that musty thrift store smell a lot of thrift stores have. They are higher priced than some places though, so be strategic in what you pick. Customer service is good. I found two identical baskets tonight, one priced $3 and one priced $4. I showed the clerk at the register and he was very willing to charge the lower price on each one.”

“This by far is the best THRIFT shop in Kansas City they are not over pricing their inventory and won't brake the bank when shopping here I'm glad to have come across this wonderful place thank you for keeping your prices down and being a real thrift store”

“I stopped by here this afternoon to donate some clothing. At first glance, everything was neat and orderly for such a big store. The staff was friendly and helped guide us around back to where the drop off point was. It would have been nice to have a clear sign or some sort of communication indicating a drop off point in the back of the store rather than inside. Compared to other thrift / salvation army stores, this one is much more well-kept. Parking is ample and should not be an issue for anyone. Happy donations =]”

“5 stars for the staff at this location. My crossbody bag was stolen today and I figured they would just be like “tough luck” because of how crazy it is there but they were not they were very helpful and vigilant. They put the pressure on so much that the person ditched the bag in a bin and someone “found it” and returned it. I was so thankful that they were vigilant in a situation that seemed hopeless. I also learned to be a little more careful next time I go.”

“Angie and her team are always so amazing! You'll get greeted when you walk in. The customer service was out of this world and every associate was friendly and eager to help. The store was clean and the racks looked neat and maintained. I am definitely a satisfied customer and I can't wait to return!”
