She was informative and helpful which made the truck rental process seamless! I have used this location multiple times, and I have yet to receive poor service. They have created in me a RAVING FAN! There were two other folks with her, that did not assist me personally, but greeted me, and were just as friendly and welcoming as Lillie. In closing, let me add, that my arrival time was near closing, and still they gave me supreme customer service, answering thoroughly all of my questions, and never rushing me.
