I love this store. When you walk in you get blown away with how good their selection is. Seth (the guy we deal with) is knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. While waiting on him to look through their back stock I had 3 different employees ask if I needed help. They definitely make sure you are taken care of. All in all it’s a nice electronic store with a friendly staff.

We came in to get an hdmi cord adapter and was helped by Chase. He had to explain ALOT about the new things with computers and was very patient with my old brain. We ended up with a new tower and monitor, because what I was wanting to do wasn't possible with what I had, and Janelle was patient with us on the financial end. A1 customer service at it's best! 10 stars

Helpful staff, purchased tv after clear information from salesman. Price and product just what we needed.When I came back with a question about the TV and soundbar sync a few days later, original sales rep not present, no others in store had any suggestions. They said the man who sold us the TV was likely part time and they didn't know when he might return.I strongly recommend they keep at least one person available during store hours familiar with electronics set up and minor trouble shooting.

Bought a bosch dishwasher. Satisfied with the product except after paying for it, it doesn't come with the adapter for the water line and you have to buy the $30 installation kit which is crazy.

Went in to Electronic Express in tullahoma to return a radio. The employee at the register was very rude and my husband told his attitude was not cute he continued being very rude and the manager at the store then cussed my husband and spoke to him a way you should not speak to customers who intending to purchase items from your store. He was very disrespectful cussing and calling names. We will never walk back into that store and I will let everyone know exactly how they treat people

Bought a bigger TV than we needed but it has been amazing to see every detail on the screen. The sound bar is great for listening to music too. Our salesperson, Janelle, was very patient & helpful in explaining what we would need to make it all work. Really appreciated her upbeat attitude, energy & knowledge of their products. We would definitely visit with her again for future purchases.

Austin was a polite gentleman that helped my entire rambunctious family find everything they needed to meet their needs. He explained everything in detail when it came to questions about pcs. I really enjoyed his great customer service skills. Keep up the great work Austin!!!

For me it's a dreamers paradise with the different electronics that they have. However, definitely over priced and I don't know if they work of a commission but being present, hovering over you and lacking personality doesn't qualify as customer service. If the customer is interested offer your help, step back but close by and act like you like your job. We had a 5'7" Lurch hesitatingly pointing us in the direction we needed to go.

Planned to buy Fitbit from Walmart, but when I called Electronic Express to see if they had them, the person was so friendly and helpful I decided to buy here. Turns out that Janelle was the employee and extremely helpful.

The customer service is absolutely ? HORRIBLE. I bought a gas stove in October of 2022. I was told when I ordered it would be in sometime in mid December. I have yet to receive my stove or any clear answer as to when I might actually receive it. When I call to check for an ETA, they say things like "call back on such and such date and we can have a better answer" or are too bothered to even check and say, "well, the last time we checked the ETA was April." It's almost April, I need to have a gas line installed before receiving my new stove and can't get a single answer! I've bought several large purchases from there but NEVER again!

Customer service is bad. They are too busy on their phone and appear bothered when you ask for help. Then the prices are too for the quality products. We didn't feel welcome in the store

Employees shouldn't be on commissions.I was left high and dry because another customer came up (after me) to purchase a higher price computer. And the only reason I know the employees are in commissions is because I asked when I checked out.
