“I came here with my husband to get some boots on Dec 23rd. It was super busy - more than usual anyway. We have an Academy credit account, and at checkout, my husband realizes he doesn't have the card in his wallet. I expected the cashier would need to call for a manager, and we would be holding the lineup all over technicalities. Much to our surprise, she said, "That's okay. Do you have your ID?" OMG. He gives her the ID, and the system does the rest.It's been a while since an inconvenience turned out to be nothing at all. I guess it was good luck, or maybe it's just me, but no matter where I go, I notice a lack of problem solving skills and short tempers. So, keep in good spirits Academy and Merry Christmas!”

“This is one of the nicer academies in our area. I had to pop in for a quick return, and was greeted by lost prevention of course. I was quickly directed to the counters and serviced for my return promptly. Spend some time for losing the cleaning well organized store before leaving. This is not the Academy I would normally go to is it slightly out of the way and I generally find what I could not at another busier location.”
