(Part 2 at the bottom if you are interested) Before I get into it, I should say that my issue is with the companies online ordering system/customer service. I purchased a hotwired jacket liner and gloves in store but due to limited inventory, I had to purchase the pant liner, y connector and the helmet I was looking for online using their site. I received an email confirmation for shipping on the 15th, Monday, with an eta for Friday the 19th delivery. I just got an email, the day before the order is supposed to be delivered mind you, that my order has been returned. No explanation as to why, just sorry about your luck but you aren't getting your order that you paid over 500 for. Oh and by the way, you won't see credit for up to 7-10 days. So this gear that was meant for a ride THIS weekend, is now cancelled for no good reason and I have to scramble to find my gear elsewhere or ride without. So I call and ask what happened with no explanation other than there was an issue with my shipping address but they don't know what the problem is because it was filled out exactly as my license reads, no apartment or suite number. I get that stuff happens, orders fall through but I do not appreciate that I was not informed of this until THE DAY BEFORE the order was set to arrive. Where is the communication? Why do I give my contact information if nobody is going to reach out before just straight cancelling my order. The excellent customer service rep (sarcasm) did however let me know that I can just re order everything and spend another 500+ before even getting credit for the first order, even though they have no explantion for why my first order was cancelled. The sheer piss poor customer service alone that I was not given any understanding for their mistake with no apology, no communication prior, and then trying to sell me my order again is more than enough for me to never shop here again. I honestly wish I could return the gear I already purchased just to make a point however I already tossed the packaging after making sure it fit. Lengthy message but hopefully it prevents someone else from making the same mistake I did, if you buy, buy in store. Don't bother with their gamble of a website and faceless employees who don't give a damn that you spend hard earned money with their company. If that is how you treat your customers, you can keep your inventory and sit on it.So I was asked to provide my contact info so they can resolve the issue. I did this and they responded by offering to re-create the order at a discounted rate and offering credit for future purchases, which I appreciated it. It was nice of them to try and offer that, however I still had no reason for why there was an issue with my shipping address. So I called and they could not give me a reason why, just that it was returned by the shipping company. I find that odd because the tracking only ever showed that a label was created and it was awaiting pick up. Who knows at this point what happened. Then I find out that even if I do want to place the order, they are out of stock on the y connector that allows the jacket and the pants to be used together. So what is the point in buying the large ticket item if I can't use it together with the jacket? I was however offered to be put on a wait list to be notified when they come back in stock! Laughable to be honest that they would even suggest this. Ultimately I told them I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would suggest you do the same. If you can't take care of your customers, you don't deserve their money and I for one am sick of lining some suit's pockets who won't care until they go under. Time to find a mom and pop shop in the area.

Excellent customer service and products. My son and I would like to thank David who was very helpful at all times, specially when guiding us through the products and setting up the SENA 50S on both of our helmets that we purchased at the store.

Had a miss communication with the warranty of a battery but the store manager Pedro made it right. Highly recommend this place. Especially the customer service!

If you are looking for motorcycle gear, then look no further. If you aren't exactly sure on sizing or fit, then this is a good place to go. The staff us always friendly and helpful. If you know what you are looking for or want to get an idea about what you might want, I'd use the cycle gear website to see if it's in stock. If it isn't, it doesn't hurt to go and see what they have so you can see if the fit will be right for you. I have gotten a lot of my gear from them and will continue going back.

Was able to purchase winter gear for myself and my husband. Great quality, and the customer service was great. They really helped us find what we were looking for in the right size. Will definitely be back for our future riding needs.

Attendants are so focused, knowledgeable and dedicated. I think it’s cause they ride and the ones that don’t ride, get it from the ones that do. Excellent store with everything you need and prices are for every pocketbook. Great place to have in SA. I buy something every month to support the store. Keep it up!
