“First time patient at the Potranco location. I have nothing but good things to say. I am a big believer on respect, cleanness, and time. As soon as we walked in the receptionist greeted us, the facility was very clean and roomy, my daughter loved all the drawings all over the walls. We waited less than 5 minutes before Nurse Raquel called us back. She was extremely polite, welcoming, and quick! She did not waste our time at all. She was quick with triage and asking me questions and asking about my concerns. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. As quick as she was she NEVER made me feel rushed or like we were just another patient on the schedule. Dr.McNeil probably came in 5 minutes after Nurse Raquel was done. She was extremely nice and seemed very understanding of my concerns. She never pushed anything on me. She seemed very knowledgeable. We were there less than 45 minutes. When leaving the receptionist told us bye. I highly recommend this office along with nurse Raquel and Dr.McNeil.”
“I emailed the office from their web site to schedule an appointment for today. Within 10 minutes they called and explained the process! I went up there this afternoon and was met by another friendly staff member. The office was extremely clean, staff organized and efficient and professional. I am beyond satisfied with my experience navigating their web site, phone support and in person care. Excellent customer service all the way around!”
“I’ve visited this location twice, and both times were exceptional! On my first visit, I was helped by a staff member (whose name escapes me, but we talked about Halloween costumes, if that rings a bell for her!) and I shared my fear of blood draws with her. She talked with me throughout the entire thing to keep me distracted. When I felt faint or nauseous, she was quick to provide an alcohol wipe for me to sniff and something cold to hold onto. I really appreciated this gesture, especially because I had a horrendous experience with blood draws at a hospital before which has affected me years later.On my latest visit, I met Michelle, and she was fantastic! She immediately recommended I lie down in one of the rooms after I explained my concerns and was very understanding about it all. It’s evident that Michelle is not only a professional but also genuinely caring and kind. The process was swift, and it’s this kind of service that makes me recommend this place to everyone. I feel like I’m finally on the path to overcoming my fear of blood draws :)”

Wait was not long with an appt and once I got called back, I was in & out. Was told that they would send results to my primary care by the following Monday or Tuesday. “They helped my child through a blood draw when he was crying and scared. They were gentle and kind. They got it right the first time and made our experience as painless as possible.The room was hard to find in the building, but there wasn't any wait when we arrived.”
“The phlebotomist was very understanding of my hearing loss and was very accommodating. Usually I can’t hear woman’s voices and turn on live listening through my hearing aid app. The last phlebotomist claimed I could not be on my cellphone because of a policy. I explained to her that it was not for photography and was an ADA thing for deaf people. She then proceeded to be very rough with me and bruised me when I explained that the scar on my arm was from donating plasma. Very rude and not very understanding. Which also made me lose 125.00 for missing a week of plasma. The phlebotomist on Friday was so great wish I knew her name so I can write a review on how professional, compassionate, understanding,caring and polite she was.Really liked her and I’m positive she treats all of us patients with respect and compassion. God bless her.”
“We are in the process of buying an older home, and someone recommended we have our drinking water tested for lead. I thought of buying a testing kit online but I wasn't sure of the accuracy or reliability so I found this local TCEQ-certified company instead. The office staff was courteous, helpful and informative, and getting the sample was easy because they were only testing for lead. The cost was also very reasonable. Glad to have found this company!”

“I was 15 min late for my schedule appointment due to an accident. There is no phone number to talk to a person. When I arrived I tried to check in and got a message from Kiosk that I was late and therefore had to reschedule for another time. I played around with the screen for awhile and finally saw a place to be put on a wait list. I sat in the waiting room for about 30-40 mins but was wondering if I was even on a list. I eventually saw my name on the screen. Would be very helpful to make it more user friendly or have a person/receptionist.”
