“I relocated to Texas over a year ago. I was previously a loyal Costco shopper due to Sam's Club being over 30 min from my previous home. When I relocated I became a Sam's Club member. I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. I really enjoy the Sam's Club app. You can do online orders, get gas and shop in the store on the app. I enjoy the scan and go app so that you can bypass the check stand. “I wanted to tell you of the awesome experience that my daughter had today at the United on Jacksboro hwy. I sent her to the store to get some groceries that we needed. Their systems were down for debit/credit purchases. She didn't have cash so she couldn’t get the groceries. As she walked out empty handed the manager met her at her car with her shopping cart gave it to her and said “the systems have been down on day, so these are on me” I can't even tell you the blessing this was to our family!! That manager deserves a raise!!!”

“I visit this location at least daily if not multiple times a day for a cup of their soft ice, it's the best ice in town and am completely addicted to it, they also have great old fashion Icees, fountain drinks and on cold day's before church there is nothing better than a cup of of their caramel Mococcino to warm and wake you up. It's not unusual to find myself there at 11pm on a weekend because I got a craving for a midnight snack and ice of course, my husband jokingly calls this store my home away from home. Because of my crazy cravings at all hour's of the day and night I have come to know all the employees on each shift well, they are all super great, fast and friendly no matter if I'm the only customer in the store or the store's packed and they are the only one running the store at the time and are in the middle or at the end of a long 12 hour shift, I know its not easy to keep a smile on your face and stay calm and positive when you have a line of customers who are all in a hurry. I also appreciate the store's attention to safety, I've never felt it wasn't safe to go to by myself no matter what time of the day or night it is.”

“Think of the other gas stations in the Wichita Falls area, you walk in - sticky floors and unclean bathrooms. At garrisons I'm always met with a clean store and really nice stuff yeah they may get a little distracted but they're working their butts off to make sure the store is clean for you. Also you have to keep in mind you are in the Wichita Falls area, customers will walk off with other customers belongings.”

“Good, normally clean, restrooms. The cater to truck drivers and hiway travelers. They have fresh and packaged food as well as snacks. A huge drink selection, both fountains and wall refrigerators. Some souvenirs, headphones, and charging cables. Gasoline for cars and diesel for trucks, also EV hook-ups. Some of the larger ones have showers for truck drivers. All-in-all, these are good stores that mainly cater to truck drivers, but any weary traveler can also be refreshed and ready to head on down the road to their destination.”
