“The female representative on staff was absolutely outstanding. A regular client was present and rather disgruntled over the unexpected wait time due to Quest computer issues. The female Quest rep was extremely calm and graceful with the disgruntled man. She handled the situation with great professionalism, allowing for no escalation, which could have been very possible. You have yourself an A+ employee there.”
