“Had to run into the store on Airport Rd. to get a charger for my cell. The employee, Marley, (hope I spelled right) was busy with another customer and asked me what I needed. I told her what it was and she also helped me awhile she helped the other customer. Marley got me hooked up, paid for and out the door within 10 minutes. Great customer service.”

“JOIE, Joie, Joie...I pray US cellular knows what a gem they have ! I did not have an appointment showed up had to wait, but it was worth it. I told Joie when it came time to get a new phone I would be back. While waiting, I overheard the interaction she had with each person ...what struck me most was how each individual appeared to be like family. Joie has a gift with people and she exceeds and exudes what customer service is all about. Getting a new phone is always stressful but she made it the best part of my day kudos to US cellular. “Clean gas station offering Mexican food, snacks, a variety of coffees and different merchandise.The bathroom was clean and well kept. Also had hot water.It’s conveniently located right off the freeway and has easy access back on the freeway.We’ve been on a long road trip of nearly 3,000 miles round trip from Colorado to New Orleans and this is the cheapest gas we’ve come across.”

“I relocated to Texas over a year ago. I was previously a loyal Costco shopper due to Sam's Club being over 30 min from my previous home. When I relocated I became a Sam's Club member. I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. I really enjoy the Sam's Club app. You can do online orders, get gas and shop in the store on the app. I enjoy the scan and go app so that you can bypass the check stand. If you enjoy the club experience you must check out the Wichita Falls Sam's Club! Thank you Sam's Club for providing great service and value to WF.”

“Have received true help when I have been to this location. Others seem to promote customer service over the phone, but here, the staff listens to the problem, takes a little time to research, and provides an answer. Only wish the Samsung advertisement had popped up as usual so it could be removed, and since coming to T-mobile, my phone number has been hacked, and random people call in various dispositions because my number call them. And the spam calls are ĵ Wish there was a fix cannot change my number.”

“Great place to go when switching or even just making a payment. The staff are friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable when it comes to almost anything. They've helped me set up accounts add discounts and savings as best as possible. Good place to stop by and they even explain all the fees and hidden fine print anytime you go in. If possible I'd go here for any phone rated needs or issues. Overall a great place to go especially if you need a good laugh.”

“Zachary helped me with getting my upgrade yesterday and I left very satisfied!! He has great customer service and definitely knows how to treat his customers. I went to a different T-mobile location before I went to this location and they actually told me they could not help me because I had a sprint account and would have to go to a different location, so glad they couldn’t! I will refer all of my friends and family to this location just because of how I was treated!”

“I am going to give them 5 stars tentatively based upon my experiences. 1. They have nice straightforward phone plans. 2. They got me a cheap iPhone. 3. The customer service was just fine. I don't know what people are complaining about, there was probably an ambiguity somewhere and once that happens it is harder to fix, but they seem willing and able to work with me. I am in process of adding a new phone to my plan, and we will see how that goes, but so far so good. As a comparison, Verizon wanted to charge me full price for a new phone to upgrade my old one, a phone that they would give away were I a new customer. This does not sit right with me, hence the option of Affinity (which is a Verizon reseller).”

“I only needed to pick up a couple of things this visit. Finding a parking spot was easy, I got a spot close to the doors on the pharmacy end of the store. The pharmacy was a bit busy. But there were well-prepared for the busy time of the day. 3 girls were working on helping customers. So it went pretty fast. The pharmacy at this location is the best I've seen in a while. Always quick to help and answer any questions. The only downside is the construction of the new garden center. Which looks like it will be open very soon.”
