Cory is an amazing sales professional and truly caring person. We experienced a total loss accident of our family vehicle and The Ford House took all the stress out of the replacement process. It never felt like a sale to me, they truly provided us with a great experience.

My biggest regret is buying from Wichita Falls Ford House. I purchased a brand new 22 Ford Bronco Sport from the Ford House in February of 2022.My problems began in August of this year in the last two months my car has been in four times for the same problem. My car is under the three year/ 36,000 mile warranty. In August, I came out to get in my car and when I pushed the start button nothing happened. My screen stated it was in battery power saving mode and everything locked up. Someone jumped me off and I went straight to the Ford House. The service desk guys tested my battery and stated it was good. I didn’t leave my car this time because I thought maybe it was a fluke. A few days later my car does the same thing but this time in the middle of driving everything goes black, shuts off screens shows in power saving mode. I go straight to the Ford house where they show me all the codes it was throwing. This time the give it back after a while said they couldn’t get it to duplicate the problem. I get it back and it happens again, John Cantwell the service manager stated leave it in a failed state and have it towed to us. This time after a while they decided it was a head light switch that was causing it and replaced it. I get my car back two days later same problem. I come out and it’s in a failed state in a power saving mode. I had it towed again in a failed state. They have had my car for two weeks now and today I get a call from John Cantwell stating because I made a social media post about not trusting the service dept I could bring back the loaner and get my car they can’t duplicate the problem I should go get another opinion some where else. I’m under warranty and they think it’s okay put my life at risk and my family at risk by giving me back a car they stated has a wiring problem. I also spoke with Charles Fancher and recorded this conversation. I ask what happens when I’m on a busy highway in the metroplex for my child’s appointment and my car stalls he stated, “ well I hope someone is not going 100mph behind you.” I’m appalled by the Ford House. I will be reaching out to the owner and ford motor. I would never buy a vehicle from them again. They don’t care about customers safety and knowingly put people’s life at risk!Update: Yesterday the Ford House went above and beyond to rectify the situation and do what was right. Mr. Fancher I appreciate you working so hard to make everything happen.

Worst experience with a car dealership period! After 4 attempts to repair my vehicle and them actually wrecking my vehicle and blaming it on me, I'm still left with a vehicle that doesn't run properly. This, of course, all comes after the fact that I purchased the vehicle and the "extended warranty" from them! Nothing but a big group of liars and just flat out horrible service! Stay clear from this dealership, and do not give them any of your hard earned money!

I made the mistake of taking my vehicle here again. I thought I would give them another chance, but I should have known better after having a poor experience with my last oil change at this location. It's sad that this is the nearest Ford dealership. I took my car to them on 8/25/23. They did not diagnose the problem until 9/1. I was told the part arrived on 9/5. I still do not have my vehicle. The service manager has not returned my call. The service staff i have spoken with has been polite, but still giving me excuses as to why my car has not been repaired. One call he says my car is next in line. Next call, there are 2 cars ahead of me. Then, the next excuse is that the needed repair bay is not available. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a fuel pump repair. Do not do business at this Ford location. Is anyone else having or had a similar experience? Please comment.

I rarely leave reviews, so its unfortunate that I need to leave such a bad one here today. This is the second used vehicle I bought from the Ford house, 3 years apart and wildly different experiences. After having our used Prius for only two days I noticed parts from the undercarriage hanging off with what appeared to be duct tape! We went back twice and twice they said they fixed it. The third time I was met by the manager who blamed us for causing the undercarriage to keep coming loose! After we left we took the car to a mechanic who promptly said several parts of the undercharge were broken and needed replacement. Mind you the broken parts were DUCT TAPED back on! If you are considering buying a car at the Ford House in Wichita Falls I highly recommend you take it to your mechanic first to have them look it over! Don't believe then when they say they do a 5 point check, it's more like 5 point check and duct tape fix! Now we need to spend big $$ on replacing the undercarriage parts. I'll never buy from them again. Shame on you Ford House!!!

While traveling I knocked my rear view mirror off of my 2017 f250 sd trying to hit a fly. I tried to get it back on but didn't want to break it. I drove to the dealership and explained what happened and the service manager or worker called a technician up to the front. He explained word for word what happened (lol) and asked him to take a gander at it. Within a couple of minutes he had it back on. I asked what I owed and they said nothing at all. Very professional and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks guys for getting me back on track.

HIGHLY recommend against the Ford House. Went in to purchase a truck a couple of weeks ago and was told, and put down in writing, on the deal sheet that it would be blue certified. Fast forward a day later and I have signed all of the paperwork and given a check. I was not financing through the Ford House, and I also told the finance guy I would not be buying the warranties. He went on to pressure me for the next 5-10 minutes and was extremely rude. Would not take no for an answer, no matter what I said. I have never been treated that way and couldn't believe the way he was acting, all because I didn't want to buy the warranties. I was ready to walk out and not buy the truck at that very moment. Instead, I went ahead and finished the paper work (not buying the warranties) and went to grab my truck to take home and clean out. I received a call from the sales manager as I was halfway home and was told the truck would not be certified, even though it was in writing from the original deal sheet. I turned around and returned the paper work and got my check back. The Ford House of Wichita Falls will never have my business.

We just had one of the best car purchase transactions and that feeling is due to Aaron at The Ford House. We were struck by his thorough knowledge of the car we were interested in, and through finalizing the deal he was diligent to ensure all of our questions were answered. After the sale, Aaron continued to show his professionalism and attention to detail by coming to pick up the car to take care of a few minor details, then returning it to us. We could not be more pleased with Aaron and The Ford House.

I had purchased numerous vehicles from here and used their service department for years. Had several bad experiences in a row and didn't intend to give them any more business.Went there to test drive and Edge and a Bronco to decide which one to get and purchase elsewhere. I have a friend working at a dealership in a nearby town I intended to buy from, but his dealership had limited inventory.Test drove a used of each and were discussing the preference for a Bronco. Shane Burrows was our Vehicle Specialist and the experience of dealing with him was most excellent! Left with a good deal, a smile on my wife's face, and looking forward to seeing if the rest of the dealership has improved as well.
