“The Food Lion on Plantation Road NE is Wonderful! The staff is quick to help if needed. The shelves are well stocked and the store is clean. We recently moved and the Food Lion on Bennington in SE was our go-to. I do NOT miss it at all! Dirty, disarrayed shelves, and the employees either seemed too tired to even smile much less speak, or had an attitude like they were being bothered by having to ring up the groceries. And the managers who changed every other week were worse than the cashiers. If possible avoid this store. Go to the Food Lion on Plantation Road NE.”

“I'm my opinion Food Lion is better then most/ all grocery stores that I have visited. They always have friendly cashiers. The managers are always willing to help out. It's never a really long line. They don't have the self check out where I'm from. Other stores in my area do so I'm not sure if this is a Food Lion thing or just my location. The prices you can't beat anywhere else and who doesn't like lions?”

“Suzanne in the deli makes the BEST pizza. All of the employees at this location are fantastic. The hot bar and salad bar are spot on delicious.EDIT: Crystal in the deli is now tied with Suzanne for making the BEST pizza! And I lived in Manhattan for years so I'm no pizza push-over. The pepperoni is the same price as the cheese ($5.19) but the cheese is fire!”
“Nice clean country store. Friendly employee. They have a short order counter where you can get a variety of menu items. They have a 2 hotdog with fries and a fountain drink for about $8.00. It's pretty good. They also sell a variety of groceries too. Have gas and diesel. Definitely worth a stop.”
“Excellent service. Clean store. You will absolutely love the variety of products you can get here. The man behind the counter, one of the owners, was so friendly and enjoyable to talk with, I hated to leave. We purchased several things we cannot get where we live in Texas. Well worth the stop.Make sure and check out the refrigerated section right next to the front counter. Lots of interesting goodies there. The Baklava was amazing!”
“I usually don't visit this Food Lion as there are 2 others I frequent but I needed something before I do my usual shopping and stopped by. I was able to find the thing I needed along with a few other items. The staff were friendly and things were stocked.”

“Little hole in the wall convenience store. Stopped in to try and find a bathroom. Owner was gracious enough to let me use theirs even though it's not public. Got a great chicken sandwich here too!”
“The cleanest and most organized Asian market I've been to. The price is also very reasonable, lots of items are even cheaper than on the Weee app, which is not the case at other Asian markets. I wish there were more fresh veggies products though. The owner is sweet and friendly.”
“They have the freshest meat out of most other grocers locally. Low prices but they added so many self serve registers and left only one with a cashier. Some of us can't do self check out and I don't think businesses understand that. The staff is friendly and they have a nice produce section. Better than the one close to where I live. Ample parking but getting in and out of the lot can be tricky. The lot has a lot of twists and won't know where to exit without driving around. Some avenues are blocked and you can't see it til you get close to it. The parking spaces are one way and it would make sense to make the first lane to turn into but it's backwards and you have to go to the second lane. Store itself gets a 4/5 except the self service and parking lot makes me give it a solid 4/5. Some items sold are seasonal and may not be available. Always buy in bulk because you never know when it may or may not be in stock again.”
“Great store. Fresh items, clean location, friendly staff. They have delicious bakery items. And I can't get enough of their lump crab cakes. I'm looking forward to seeing what other items I love. It's pricey, but most of the times the quality is worth it.”
“I really like this Food Lion. Even when it's packed they are quick and friendly at the checkout. It doesn't have those annoying self checkouts, but rather lanes open to check me out! Great managers specials midweek. It's just getting back to basics with this grocer. No frills, just good prices in this economy and great service.”

“In and out very quickly. Never any insanely long lines. Great discounts and rewards available for Kroger Plus members. I don't know about you, but I love the feeling of getting great discounts at the pump. That really means a lot during tough economical times like we're facing currently. Any savings are great savings. I make mine count. So should you. Give it a shot if you aren't already a regular customer. You have nothing to lose, but everything to gain.”
“This is the only Caribbean store south of Virginia. It is the best one, every thing you need you’ll find it there at reasonable good prices. Caribbean, South America, and African items sale there. “Unlike other grocery stores this one will always have a bunch of employees working the registers. Plus they don't allows customers to work there part time as cashiers lol in other words no self checkoutI like the fact that you could see your vehicle when you're in most parts of the store due to the huge window that covers the entire front of the store.”
“I go here mostly for gas fill ups. Usually very competitive pricing. Only issue is if you use debit card you pay 10 cent more per gallon at pump. A bummer there. Sometimes a short wait to get a lane available to fill up.”

“I made my first purchase from ShopFoodEx using the guest checkout. I ordered 5 jars of a wonderful Mt Olive Vidalia Bread and Butter Salad mix product that my local grocer no longer stocked. This item includes pickles, Vidalia onion strips, pepper strips, and carrot slices. I just LOVE this product!!The glass jars were well packed with bubble wrap around each jar. Those jars were put in a sturdy box with paper between the bubble wrapped jars and the outside of the box.This box was placed inside another sturdy box with a buffer of bubble wrap and paper between the two boxes. Both boxes were securely wrapped!Long story short, ShopFoodEx really packaged those 5 jars so securely that breaking them by the delivery company would be a challenge! Kudos to ShopFoodEx!! WONDERFUL Purchase Experience!!!”
