“This was my 1st time to roanoke and i was staying at a hotel just across the street, while it was closed, i saw a jacket. I just had to have it and i made an agreement with myself, and said if jacket was $300, im going to buy it....i went to store next day and ask about it. Sure enough it it was $300...the salesperson was so helpful and had to take jacket off mannequin...i just enjoyed the place so much...the prices were reasonable. Now i hope to get clothing online....thank you”

My feet were so happy to see them! If you're looking for western boots, They got 'em! probably the largest collection of cowboy boots in one place that I've seen. The employees were super helpful in getting me into my first pair of cowgirl boots. Working with me individually to make sure the fit was right and even offered to stretch the top where it was a little tight! They offer this service at no cost!! “I usually have a good experience but recently it was not good. I purchased a medium belt, because I usually wear a medium in everything, my waist is a size 32. The belts listed did not have a waist guide listed. Upon receiving imy belt t I realized it was to big. I called and spoke with a young lady that was extremely nice. She advise me to send it back in exchange for a small. I sent the belt back and the small size belt was sent out immediately. Upon receiving the small belt it to was to big. I called back to see if they had a ex small in stock. I was told yes, and to send back for exchange. I sent the belt back I called the shop on 03/14/2023, I was told they had received the belt and would mail the xs belt the next day. Two days went by i emailed them asking for a tracking number. no answer. on 03/20/2023 i called in and male answered the phone, he checked and said that my belt had not been mailed out. I asked why and he said " I don't know, I don't think the post office came by" So from 03/14 to 3/20 the post office did not come. I asked when would they ship it, he said he was unsure and the girl who handles online wont be in till the next day. I then asked him is there a manager or anyone else I could talk to and he would not get someone else. He rudely got off the phone instead of trying to satisfy the customer. All I wanted was a confirmation on when the item I purchased would be sent and he could not provide that or direct me to someone that could better assist me.Update: A different gentleman called about 20 min after hanging up the phone and said that the package has been shipped,”

“So fun to shop here! Sometimes you can find great deals on the hair care and skin care isles, but a lot of things in the store are overpriced as well! Key is to shop the clearance as much as possible or try to find the good deals! The checkout lines are always crazy long!”
“I walked in today to find some items for a last minute trip. The staff was wonderful! Offering solutions, ferrying sizes to the dressing rooms, offering opinions, and offered my husband a chair. They truly optimized Customer Service. I hate to shop for clothes and they made it a pleasure. I appreciate it.”
“Look, I love this store a lot.I’ve been coming here for a long time and I’ve never seen anything like this-There was an associate, skinny, and they had light short hair.So, I was looking around with my friend today, 4/15/24, this associate was on a ladder doing some work, but were throwing/tossing merchandise behind them not paying attention to who could be behind, I was standing around, and was in a pretty close range of where it could have been tossed at a couple points, not that it would have hurt or anything, but I’m only saying, it could have been a small child or the wrong person at the wrong time.I was looking at 2 shirts I liked, i unfortunately didn’t see the size I needed, so I decided to ask at the register. None in stock, that’s okay, I could order online. I asked if I could do that. They said it would be easier to do at home, which I can understand, but I’ve ordered a shirt from this location once before and have had it shipped to my house/pick up (I can’t remember which but I was fine with either or)The person looked online for sizes to see if they were online, unfortunately, one was not and while telling me, they had some strange smile on their face when telling me… I might be overthinking that one but it just felt like it was funny. The other one was in my size, cool! They proceeded to ask for my email, I gave it, they then asked for my password. Which. I have never been asked before.The order didn’t end up being made. I asked if it was a new thing and they said no and it was why they said it was easier to do at home.I’ve ordered a shirt here once before and was not asked that. But if that IS the case now, why didn’t you just say no? You NEVER ask for someone’s password. It feels a bit much.Other than today, this store is a lot of fun. Other associates have always been kind.Edit as of 4/23/24I went back to talk to somebody a couple days ago, the store manager I believe, whom was SUPER sweet and supportiveThey listened to my concerns ! Thank you!”
