“American Freight was a life saver. We went through multiple big name places, but couldn't find furniture to fit through our front door. This store had 6 or 7 choices that would work! The customer service was great. From Kay-Jana, who helped me pick my couches, area rug and these cooling pillows that my husband loves; to Chris who loaded our furniture flawlessly! I did not get the other young mans name who was in there as well, but he answered questions, greeted me upon entering all 3 times I came in to look at the couches. Thank you to this crew!”

I am not against any race but I dont like standing in line and someone else comes in and they forget you because rather talk to the other person. Also they cant keep managerEverything was good. They took my payment and got right onto my problem with my microwave.”

“I am VERY pleased with the interactions I had with Albert Lee Appliances to date. My journey started when I purchased a "scratch and dent" LG Top-Loading washing machine from the Tacoma Mall Location. I was assured it was only there for a cosmetic scratch, and LG would honor their 1 year parts warranty, if any problems arose.Upon installation, the machine showed signs of defect, and was displaying an "LE" error (load off balance). I tried all diagnostic steps before I called the store back to advise them of the issue I was having.The sales staff forwarded my request to Albert Lee's Customer Service team for processing. Tyrell M. reached out to me and arranged for an LG service person to come and diagnose the issue I was having with the new machine.LG Service determined the drum was damaged (possible the machine was dropped). That report was delivered to Albert Lee, and for whatever their reason was, they determined they did not have to honor their warranty to replace my machine.Fortunately for me, Tyrell realized this was not a fair practice by LG so he sought approval from his manager, to have Albert Lee replace my washing machine, or use the amount I paid, applied to another make or model. It turns out the machine I purchased as "scratch and dent" retailed for $400 more. Seeing this as a barrier to replacement, the salesperson at Albert Lee, Cliff, offered the same LG machine to me at a reduced cost.Knowing I may have to pay more out-of-pocket to get a working machine, Cliff made the transaction a lot easier than I anticipated and I was happy to only have to pay <$200 more than I originally paid.I will recommend Albert Lee to anyone I speak with because of this experience!Thank you!”
“The only good customer service you get from this place is the customer service desk. Otherwise, you'll find yourself wandering around looking for specific things. The store stay is well stocked but trying to get help to find something is impossible”

“So I wanted to rent a hand dolly to move a couple heavy objects up some stairs. They do have these here for $27/4hrs. So I gave them a 4 star review for having them but would've given 5 stars had I not found it cheaper at U-haul rentals for $10/24hrs.”
