“Decent sized store. Not much of selection of hoodies or any outer active wear. Good selection of jean types for decent price. Had some cute pajama pants, but they weren't worth the 35 dollars for a light weight flannel that didn't seem like it would last long and was only the pants. Not even with pockets. The staff was nice and store was well kept.”

“Great place to watch a ball game on a summer afternoon. I hold summit club tickets which have a couple places you can watch the game and enjoy unlimited beer/wine and snacks. Bob who works in the summit club is the best! Takes his job serious but is also fun to talk to. Bella (server) is also a great worker. She takes orders without mistakes and always has a smile on her face.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️First of all, you guys are great! You always have great customer service, everybody’s always super busy working hard, and you have a great selection and I’ve been shopping there for many, many, years….buuuuuut….Every once in a while, I’ll get a plastic price tag thread that has been shoved up into the seam of the collar of my Tshirt, and when I snap the tag off or the plastic thread holding the price tag, the top piece that breaks off gets stuck inside the seam of the collar, and after a while of wearing it, it will start to scratch or poke me in the neck, sometimes, not all the time, but when it does it’s super annoying lol, and you can’t get this little broken piece out of the collar seam without (being a Ninja) poking a hole in your shirt, stretching it out, or destroying the threads a little bit…is there anyway that you guys could find a different spot to put the price tag? lol Probably not, but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who’s been bummed out by this and it’s NOT a super big deal…just a heads up. In the picture you can see where the plastic price tag thread goes up under the collar seam. When that top part of the plastic thread gets snapped off, that little plastic piece gets stuck up in the collar seam, and it can be sharp enough to poke through and scratch or poke your neck…so annoying…lol…I still gave you guys a FIVE STAR rating and I still shop there all the time ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I have always shopped at Ross. This is the first time I've been there in quite a while and I was shocked at the extra security at the front door. It's sad that shoplifting has gotten so bad, that you have to wait to enter and theft prevention is following everyone around the store( I mean everyone).The shelves are only half full, but there's still good deals. I went there for shoes and of course had to buy more cause the deals are great. It was slightly crowded, but the staff were friendly and the store was clean.”
“Great place and always friendly. The manager Sarah is always helpful and very friendly. My favorite Plato's closet to buy and sell for sure. I see negative reviews and majority are saying they low ball prices when buying. People need to remember first this is a business and there to make money. Secondly just because your clothes has tags and are "brand new" doesn't mean that's what they are worth and they are only going to purchase what's in style and obviously what they know will sale. Third- they are very open about what they will pay and its usually about 30% of what they think they will get. I have sold literally thousands of dollars of clothes and shoes to this location and others across the country and Plato's closet will pay more than any other place that I have found. I recommend going into the store and seeing what they have on the racks and asking what they are looking for. I do this and have always tried bringing in those items if possible and I have never sold everything I brought in but with a little research and asking questions it will make your trip there and also the employees jobs much easier and obviously they are not trying to offend anyone by not purchasing but they know what inventory is needed and just because it's NWT's doesn't mean they will be able to sale it. Just a little tip from someone who has done many transactions with numerous Plato's closets buying and selling.”

I was about to walk out of this store, Give a one star review where I complained about the young lady/person with the mermaid colored hair Having the audacity to get an attitude with me because I wasn’t magically able to mind read THEIR chosen gender or pronouns, So THEY said some thing ignorant to me And sent me on my way.Look…first and foremost, I referred to you as ma’am In an effort to be respectful because that’s the generation that I was raised in. Now if I was mistaken in my understanding Of what label you’ve decided to categorize yourself as, You could have nicely/gently corrected me. And I would have politely apologized and corrected my vernacular. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had somebody think that I was a boy from the back because I’m so tall. But I didn’t jump down their throat and get an attitude as if they’d mortally wounded me. Instead I understood that understanding takes education. Otherwise you’re just going to spend your whole life taking offenseAnd playing the victim.That being said, My interaction with THEM, is clearly not the reason I’m giving this location five stars. I also had an interaction with a tall young man at this store, he said his name was Izaiyah (spelling?) He very kindly complimented The color of my shirt and brought a smile to my face. He offered his assistance without being condescending and snippy like the other person. It was a nice reminder that kindness and respect still exists amongst the 30 and under generation and that not all of them are so desperate to separate themselves from society, But rather, More like the young man Izaya, Work to create a sense of community. So I give him five stars, and I would give him six if I could. He probably deserves a raise. The other person I would give two stars, and that’s because I’m notMean enough to give that person zero stars. But I think that personProbably needs to repeat sensitivity training or whatever your HR department does to teach people how to behave towards other humans that are different from them. Going to give the store a 4, averaging the interactions. 6 for the young man and 2 for the young THEY. Thank you for coming to my TED talk. Next time I go to the store I will ask the young man how to spell his name properly and update this review.”

Before I went to this location, the last Pac-Sun I was at was in Huntington Beach California, where I was born. I like this location just as much, and they have almost everything that others locations do but, they can order it for you. ???”
