“American Freight was a life saver. We went through multiple big name places, but couldn't find furniture to fit through our front door. This store had 6 or 7 choices that would work! The customer service was great. From Kay-Jana, who helped me pick my couches, area rug and these cooling pillows that my husband loves; to Chris who loaded our furniture flawlessly! I need to have the pillows from my slip cover oversized chair refilled and he was straight and honest about being booked until June next year. He told me I should be use to make the chair more durable and comfortable and he even recommended me to another place to see if I can be seen sooner. “Came here looking for a nice mantle timber and possible vanity. They have a very freindly staff. Knowledgable and passionate owners and crew all around. From helping with measurmements and sizing, color, type, etc..I was able to find the perfect piece. The vanity We were seeking was also unique in the seep shape I was looking for. After a couple weeks we we're able to find a piece that matched exactly what we needed. They also know their history on a lot of the stock in their shop, which is rare. Very competitive pricing and they will do all cutting, planins, sanding, etc in huse for you if you need. I will be back if I have more projects in the future. Check em out!”

“World Market is one of our favorite stores to shop at, though it is usually around the time we do Christmas stockings or Easter baskets since there are such unique selections.For other times, though, it is my kids' favorite place to go for different types of sodas, candy, and a fun place for us to get entertaining snacks.They always have the Japanese character merch that my kids love too.I feel like they used to have more tea options? We wanted basic Earl Gray, and the Shelf for teas was pretty bare.Always double-check if they have a coupon from their website and be prepared to be in line for a while because there is usually nobody around or just one person. Do not forget your shopping totes in the car! If you do, they have really great ones to buy at check out.”

“Bought my sofa fro Paty furniture in December. Of course the day it was to be delivered my phone was acting up so we couldn't communicate to verify that I was home. With my work schedule and an ice storm blocking the progress I was worried that I wouldn't get the sofa in time for Christmas. The store managers worked with me and my wacky work schedule until finally on Christmas Eve their super efficient delivery crew dropped off my sofa-literally a Christmas Eve gift. Paty furniture has a good selection of beautiful furnishings, affordable prices and a dedicated staff. I will most certainly shop with them again. As you can see from the photo my new sofa is completely integrated into my world.”

He asked me questions about my home how it would look and if the chase lounge would be in the way of the kitchen, so he was really trying to be very Conscientious about however overlooking my house I really appreciate you, Michael, you are the best”

“I have been shopping here for my furniture for years. I've bought two mattresses, rugs and a sectional from this location over the past 7 years. Every purchase, I had a very good experience. Their sales reps are not pushy and have good energy. About a year ago I was mattress shopping and they were having a great sale on a mattress I've had my eye on and shopped around for. I decided to get it from Macy's and they wanted to sell me the expensive mattress protector. Jokingly I said prove it to me it works and I'll buy it. The sales reps took me to their break room, took someone's bottle of root beer and poured it over a mattress sample with the protector. The whole situation was so funny that I couldn't help but buy the overpriced mattress protector. I mean, a bottle of root beer was sacrificed for this sale. In November of 2023 I had been searching for a new sectional. I went into Ashley furniture and was hounded by sales reps. I had to swat people off as I just wanted personal space to browse. I went to Mor furniture which also sent reps chasing me for a sale. Lazy boy furniture was similar. Macys was different. I let them know I was searching for a sectional and I wanted to take a look around. The sales reps told me where they would be if I needed assistance and I was not interrupted once. It was refreshing! I ended up finding a sectional I loved and made the purchase. 4 days later the sectional was delivered to my house. The setup was quick and easy by the install team. They were on time, called me when they were 15 minutes out, didn't wear their shoes in the house, tested all the power seats to make sure that they worked and took all garbage with them. Overall, I've always had a good buying experience at this location. Their deliveries are on time, and there's constant notifications so you don't forget when they are going to be there.”

“I was in the Tacoma area to run a marathon, so I stopped in here to buy some drinks. Everything was well organized in the drinks section, so the items that I was looking for were easy to find. The prices were also pretty reasonable. Since I only had a couple of items, I got in line to use one of the self checkout kiosks. It was a quick and easy transaction which is on par with almost every Target that I've visited.”
