“The pharmacist is extremely helpful. The pharmacy also has a store for over the counter medication including samples to try before you buy. It is a woman owned pharmacy and, from my experience, woman operated. Everyone is very caring and I feel that they have my best interests in mind when consulting me on medications.”

“I really like Bartells. I recently couldn't get to the store. They told me they had a free service where they could put it in the mail. And like a hot bunny. It was here within a day or two. Super safe, and then on top of that, I got a text message from Bartell's telling me that my package was delivered. I really like the service. “For me, this pharmacy has been A-MAZING. The staff actually know my VOICE over the phone, went out of their way to learn how to pronounce my difficult last name, and when a particular anxiety medication for my son was on backorder, Emily went WAY out of her way to find another pharmacy (even one that wasn't Walmart!) that had some in stock. My experience has been many of the customers are rude and expect things from these Pharmacy Techs that they aren't legally able to do, and I just want to say thank you to the Tacoma Walmart Pharmacy for always being there for my family.”

“Over the past week, our family signed-up online to get immunizations here. Mr. PARAS DOSHI is an excellent, professional administrator of immunizations. We had minimal pain in our arms after all of our family received Covid-19 vaccinations. He also administered our annual flu shots. This pharmacy- and grocery store- is located in an underserved neighborhood where homelessness and affordable housing are at a breaking point. This pharmacy and the grocery store are what this neighborhood NEEDS as an anchor business. I witnessed Mr. Doshi interact very well with an underprivileged individual and made arrangement to administer him a flu-shot immunization-- I presume free of charge-- but I'm not sure. I will return next year for our annual immunizations. Thank you Mr. Doshi-- please know that you are appreciated.”

There was only one cashier working at the time I shopped there, but they do have two self checkouts. Unfortunately both of the self checkouts were down and required another employee to come up from the back to reset them. Still, one of the nicer Walgreens that I've been to. Items seemed decently stocked.”

“I was recently there on 11/11 for gastric bypass and stayed till 11/13. I had a rough recovery while there. Lots a nausea and pain. The nurses and especially the CNA’s were absolutely amazing and caring. You can tell they love their job and take it seriously. I appreciate the staff there so much!!”

“This review is for the store only, not the pharmacy.In my most recent shopping experience here, everything went great except my register rewards didn’t print. When I asked the cashier about them not printing, all they said was, “I don’t know, they haven’t been printing all day.” They didn’t try to look into it further to get me my rewards that Walgreens was advertising for the products I purchased.Luckily a few days later I called and the manager Sean happened to answer. He very happily and quickly found my account and added the rewards to my account. Thanks Sean!”

“I switched to them after being sick and tired of waiting for prescriptions and long lines at walgreens. They fill my prescriptions faster, more likely to answer the phone, and generally more polite with interactions in person and over the phone. Yes there's still a wait sometimes at this pharmacy and there's no drive thru but the rest of the experience is more pleasant than Walgreens. Today I was waiting on antibiotics for my son and I know pharmacists tend to be overworked, I didn't want to bother them but it was 2 hours to close and didn't want to go a night without that medication if I could help it. I called and they answered quickly and told me they'll have the prescription ready in twenty minutes. I sent my boyfriend and it was ready right as he arrived! Thank you for being an awesome pharmacy albertsons! I've also gotten my covid vaccines here! Gonna see about getting my flu shot here!”
