I had a good experience with the self wash station and the nail trimming the first time. The tech was extremely understanding and really kind to my dog. The second time I went there I only did the nail trimming, and for some reason two of the five nails in the front weren’t clipped. I didn’t notice right away and I haven’t called about it but it has been like two or three weeks since it happened.The main thing is just be aware of what’s happening.

Awesome place with very nice staff!!! Mariah gave me some awesome grooming tips which was super helpful on my Great Pyrenees. I will definitely be returning and I would recommend anyone with a pet who needs some good TLC to visit as well!

Great place to bring your dog in to wash and groom yourself. The tubs are ergonomically designed and the shower heads are set at a nice warm temperature. They have a full variety of bathing gels and soaps. I also appreciated the dryer to blow dry my dog afterward. Friendly and helpful staff. Both my dog and I are happy customers ☺️

This place is amazing and has everything you need to properly bathe your pet! I have a Labrakita and at 5 months she is already a handful to wrestle into the tub if she doesn’t want to go. This place saves my back and my knees and my bathroom floor. The staff was very friendly, explained everything thoroughly and gave some tips. I added on the nail trim and they just came and did it while I was washing her. No need to wait for an extra service and she was plenty distracted she didn’t even notice. I will definitely be back regularly to use this service. Well worth the reasonable price and definitely worth a line item on my budget list!

I came here a couple of weeks ago to attempt to bathe my stubborn, bath hating beast. We struggled to get him into the tub due to his resistance but one of the workers there helped and from there it was such a breeze. All of the tools are provided to you which makes it so easy and the staff is there to answer any questions and help if needed.It was very reasonably priced and we will definitely be going back when his next bath is needed.Look how pretty my sweet boy was after! As much as he hated it, he knows it made him look and feel great. Lol

Fabulous experience with the self service dog wash for my Golden Retriever. Staff helped me to get him in and gave me some great tips for helping my nervous golden during bath time.

Really loved the set up and the ladies working were really helpful. They provide everything you need and more which was great. However, I was charged $15 dollars extra (80lb dog so $23 for the wash/table time) for the groomers to quickly use the razor for three problem areas. I felt like it was a little steep but I get it. I will definitely be returning but probably will plan on using my own razor beforehand.

We brought our dog here today for the first time and we will be going here from now on. Friendly staff, plethora of shampoos and grooming supplies available. The water was really warm, which helped keep our dog calm, compared to the other place we would go to that had cooler water. Definitely recommend.

Very very pleased.I’ve been visiting shampooch for a little over 2 years as a self-wash customer. It was nice to wash my muddy puppy and the staff was always very nice. I got scared when I saw they moved locations but I was relieved when I discovered they moved into my neighborhood.I was looking for a closer groomer to home so I inquired about services. They were able to get my 70 lb goldendoodle in the next week. They listened to my odd request and executed the hairstyle beautifully. Truly no groomer before has done such an excellent job. The women there worked as a team and showed my boy such love and kindness it warmed my heart.

The person working was super nice and helpful as I got my dog bathed there for the first time. The prices are super reasonable and they have everything you could need. I'll definitely be bringing my dog back :)

Great place to take my dog. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help if needed. I like that I can come in and bath my own dog or have one of their staff bath for me. They supply everything!!

I had a disappointing experience at Shampooch. I typically go to another self-service dog wash place, but I happened to be in the neighborhood and I knew Shampooch was in a new space, so I thought I'd try it. The person at the front desk was friendly. I am not sure if it is an airflow issue or what, but there was a damp and unpleasant smell when I walked in. The place was generally pretty clean although there was some dog hair on the floor and in the tub. The biggest issue was that the shampoos and conditioners were completely watered down. I couldn't even get suds or smell the difference between the scents because the ratio of water to product was so high. My dog is cleaner but it didn't feel like a good bath. I suspect we'll need to go get another one soon.

i bring my pup here as often as i can remeber to.. i would like to say that i'm a diligent pup parent, but we're too busy playing in the yard.. Shampooch always takes great care of him
