“Steve, the manager of the store, is top notch. The entire team at the store is awesome as well. We had a major issue from a manufacturer giving us incorrect expectations and delivery dates, after Steve had already set the expectations with me. Weeks later, nothing had arrived, Steve called the manufacturer, found out the information they gave him to me was wrong, and instead of saying "sorry, it happens" he immediately asked how he could make it right. He made it right by a landslide, placing the order with another manufacturer and took care of the slight price change for the inconvenience. In today's world, the art of customer service has been thrown out the window. In a world where you have so many choices for stores/retailers, go to a place where you know that retailer/store/manager has your back -- Puetz is a great company and Steve is a top notch representation of care for his customers. I suggest going here 10 outta 10.”

I went in to try to sell partial of my inventory of sealed sports cards due to my job hrs slowing down and met the Owner who was the one who helped me out he took the time to price out all that I brought him and then gave me an offer. Even though the offer was not exactly what I had in mind his offer was more than fair since I know his business needs to profit as well. He also took all types of cards I brought in and didn’t just pick and choose a few of the good ones he took Everything I brought in which I really appreciated.I highly recommend this sports card shop to anyone wanting great product and anyone wanting great helpful and friendly service.”

“This is a great dive shop. I got my Open Water certification here in 2019 and Nitrox certification in 2021. I recently used the dive shop to coordinate the online/book portion for my Advanced Open Water certification (using a gift card my partner got for me a while back) and Chris provided A++ customer service. They are always so prompt and helpful at the shop! Highly recommend!”

I went there for a quality promise exchange because my leggings had thread going out of the stitching and the girl there was happy to exchange them for a new pair and provided me with the best kind of customer service! Only downside of this location is how small it is, there is very little selection and it gets very crowded.”

This place is a retail giant, with a massive fish tank and critter sculptures turning it into a family adventure. And the charming fishing hut near the bathrooms? Quirky and picture-worthy. Even though we didn't explore every corner, we stumbled upon some awesome $5 Bass Pro Shop hats. It's a haven for family finds, and we left wishing we had more time to fully soak in the laid-back, adventure-filled vibes of this retail wonderland. I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re ever in the area!”

“Fleet Feet Proctor rocks. Went in for new pair of shoes on a very busy Saturday and they were able to give me an approximate time & text when they were ready for me to return (about 15-20 min.) Associate was knowledgeable about all running shoes and helped me find a good fit. Based on their Fit Scan technology-found out good information regarding my (sad) feet too! This also aided in finding the proper run shoe. I felt it was worth the extra time spent using the fit scan. Just in time for S2N!”
