“Long story , but I will keep it to the highlights as best I can. My wife had a 2013 Lexus RX 350 she just loved. While on a trip a truck dropped stones on the road in front of us and caused quite a bit of paint damage to her car. We had it repainted partially by another shop ( we wanted the whole car painted and were more than willing to pay extra. Needless to say our experience was not good at all and it seemed that service writer was not listening. In short after finally getting the car back ( the third time) she was over it and didn’t love her car anymore.After looking for months for a replacement she found a 2021 RX 350 in the color combo she wanted. In love with her car again.Within a few weeks someone let a door smack the crap out of the left front fender .
