“As always, Ryan and team came through again today! A rodent had nibbled through some of my Jeep’s wiring and had sensor lights going off in my instrument panel. On extremely short notice, Ryan diagnosed where the culprit had been dining, fixed the problem and had me back on the road within an hour! “Long story , but I will keep it to the highlights as best I can. My wife had a 2013 Lexus RX 350 she just loved. While on a trip a truck dropped stones on the road in front of us and caused quite a bit of paint damage to her car. We had it repainted partially by another shop ( we wanted the whole car painted and were more than willing to pay extra. Needless to say our experience was not good at all and it seemed that service writer was not listening. In short after finally getting the car back ( the third time) she was over it and didn’t love her car anymore.After looking for months for a replacement she found a 2021 RX 350 in the color combo she wanted. In love with her car again.Within a few weeks someone let a door smack the crap out of the left front fender . After a lot of time spent choosing a body shop to do the repairs I chose caliber in cottonwood. Wow ! What a different experience from the previous shop!!! Monica listened to my story and truly cared and understood my concerns. She kept in contact throughout the entire process. The work that was done to my wife’s car was exceptional!!Monica, Mario and James truly care about their customer and alsoTheir work . I would give them 10 stars if I could.
