“Charles, the pharmacist was excellent tonight. He was so kind and attentive and eager to help me. Charles is an excellent human being and kind pharmacist. I was so impressed with the level of intelligence, caring, empathy, hard work. Thank you Cvs for having such a great staff. I believe Charles is at was covering for another pharmacist. He said he’s usually at the CVS in Burbank. Charles was so great, please bring him back to Encino CVS if possible. What a gem of a pharmacist. I am a physician at UCLA and I appreciate other healthcare workers who care about the patient”
“I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The staff are very nice, they keep the place very clean, the bathroom is great, and it's the only gas station I know that offers gloves for pumping gas!”

Best 711 in Encino the staff here is very very helpful and cortious and they have a giant selection and the best items out of all the stores I've been too, I'm disappointed to see people putting negative reviews for them , that's not cool they help you more than any other store will hands down !!!! 2022 !!!”
“Of all the 7-Elevens around (and there are many) I like this one the best because the staff is so friendly, especially Malka and Gopi. Their cheerful personalities really make it a pleasure to shop there. They always have the same radio station in which plays mostly 80s pop music and I much prefer that to hearing hip hop/rap.”

“My closest friend unfortunately passed away and today 1/12/24 I was came to pick up collage posters I made for the memorial service. I was blessed to have come across Maria who helped me in the photo department. One of the posters came out in poor quality due to me enlarging the picture. Maria was quick to find a resolve and went above and beyond. Bernadette was also a great help. They deserve a raise!”

“Hey it's a gas station. What is the bar here? Pretty low right? So you got the gas and check! the gas works. Squeegee for your windows? Check! Little store for snacks and soda? check! I gave 4 stars because it has everyone as a basic gas station but nothing special to make it 5 stars. I like putting my phone number for grocery store points. It's really nice to do.”
