“About six months ago we took our car to Caliber Collision in Fairfield after our car was struck by a hit and run driver. Our car had extensive damage to the driver's side rear door and wheel well. It took awhile to get our car back, but we couldn't have been happier with the repairs. Our car looked like new again. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. “Took a Ford Maverick in for a spray in bed liner and couldn't be more pleased. Dave was informative and very easy to work with. The installation was outstanding. The Maverick bed has many tie down hooks, storage areas, and electrical outlets. All screws and items were removed, including from the tailgate, to avoid overspray and replaced after the job was complete. The bed also has many pre-drilled holes for adding additional attachments. All those were plugged before spraying so they can be accessed after the install. The finished job was as good as you can get. Absolutely smooth and even. No sign of any over spray, bubbles or thin areas. The bed floor by the tailgate was completely covered as well ad the tailgate. No chance of any scratching while moving things in and out. And extra coverage on the inner portion of the bed where the tailgate meets when closed. A very professional job. You can tell they take their time to do it right. And you can get it done in one day.”

“I went to Dick's Muffler Shop to have the rear mufflers removed to make my Dodge Challenger sound a little bit more beefy. The rate was very reasonable. However, it created an annoying drone while driving on the freeway. I went back to have the mufflers put back on, which Rich still had, and replaced them back onto the car. When it was time to pay he did something that only few people on this earth can or would do. He made it so affordable! Let's put it this way, he looked out for me and for his generosity I will always be grateful and always do business with him in the future and highly recommend his service! Good work, affordable and a classy guy!!!”

“Stopped by Steve Hopkins Honda to see if they could do some emergency under car body work as we hit a rock while coming to Fairfield from out of town. Our service advisor, Leon Cobbs, had the car put up on the rack, diagnosed the problem and got it repaired right then and there - only took about 5 minutes. Didn't even charge us! Rarely get customer service like this anywhere, much less at a car dealership. Thanks Steve Hopkins Honda, and specifically Leon Cobbs!”

“we recently had to have our truck bumper painted from being scratched. We chose Preferred Auto Body and Custom because they are local and a small shop. When I took the truck for an estimate I was welcomed by the owners and the receptionist. Everyone was professional, welcoming and knowledgable. They took our truck in that same week and we had it back very quickly. The work they did was wonderful. The bumper looked as it did brand new. shortly after I noticed more imperfections on the other side of the bumper and they took care of the other side well after the original work. They are professional, take great care of your vehicle and their customer service is top notch. Will certainly return if ever need any other work done. Best in town and the area.”

“After very poor service from Hanna at Auto Zone on 1440 W. Texas St. in Fairfield, CA, we left and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts on 1800 W. Texas St. where the employees Gio and Alexis gave excellent customer service and even installed the correct windshield wipers. The reason the one windshield wiper we just recently purchased from Auto Zone went flying off after little use was because Auto Zone sold us the wrong type of wipers and obviously didn't install them properly.”
“This was not my first choice of a Body shop when somebody keyed my vehicle during a friends funeral service. I had another shop do a front end conversion and loved the work but AAA would not stand by that shops work so they told me to go some where else until the last second they decided that G&C would do better. G&C made it supper easy and convenient. My obsidian black looks as factory with a mirror image. The manager Phil kept me up to date. Told me it should be done by a specific date and delivered to that date. I work 60 hours a week they made it easier by dropping my car off. I feel like the service they gave me was better than 5 stars. I respect that they treated my car with care. I'm a gear head and love cars and take pride in my lexus. I'm happy that the painter they have does good quality work. They delivered my vehicle freshly detailed even when it was raining it was extremely clean. I'll tell my customers where to go to if they need autobody work done. Here is a couple pictures to show everybody how good it really came out !!!! Thanks again !!!!”
