“The bottom line is… the ppl at Carstar genuinely care. My anxiety and my trust issues usually go through the roof when dealing with anything having to do with car maintenance. But Carstar ( Bill and Gina)took care of me. I really wish I could get into detail about my situation .. but just know they are trustworthy and just good people….that’s hard to find . .. I hope I never see them again. Lol. But if I have to or any of my family or friends need car repair,without hesitation it’s gonna be Carstar.”
“This Auto Zone in Suisun, Ca on Sunset Ave by far has the best customer service ever. Roy The gentleman that assisted me with replacing a bulb in my vehicle made sure I had the correct bulb. He took out the old one installed the new bulb effortlessly and with a smile. I offered to tip him he said absolutely not I was amazed. AutoZone is a winner for me.”

At first we were just going to replace it at home and went next door to get a Starbucks and came back to the car NOT starting. Bernie didn’t even hesitate to come outside to change it. He was very polite and even if it’s his job, he did a very great job and is very personable which I appreciate so much.”

I used insurance with them, all Will needed was the claim # and the adjuster's #. He would get you a rental car if needed. After a few days, my car was done, and he even washed my car.”

“This review is a year after the fact, but that's probably even better given that Greg at Alioto's just recently demonstrated his/their commitment to their customers. Over a year ago, my car was with them for a couple of months, due to parts having to come in from overseas. Greg and his staff kept me updated along the way.A couple of weeks ago, my car had to go into the dealership for an electronic issue. When it was discovered that it was related to the body work done last year, I reached out to Greg. He did not hesitate to step up and make it right. They worked with the dealership to get the repair taken care of for me. Greg & Alioto's are trustworthy and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.”
