I would highly recommend Carlos, if you've always purchased off the rack, but want some transparent advice about the purchase of a custom suit and all of their personalized options.”

“Visited this store for the first time today (Oct 13, 1:20pm). Got a cute pair of velvety Mary Janes. All three of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, the girl that grabbed our shoes for us was super quick and brought me multiple options, which was really helpful. The manager was super friendly, and Seven who rung us up was was great. Awesome store with a killer team”
“Great shout out and kudos to the great service from Jenna, manager over at the Cotton on in Glendale In short, there's been obviously a big scramble for the Barbie clothes and my daughters and wife wanted these Barbie shirts, but it was only one left and it was on the mannequin, and she happily got it for me so we were very happy. However, my other daughter and wife wanted shirt too and there's nothing left online and she went and found one at the cotton on store in the Santa Anita mall called over there as the manager had it put on hold and was really excellent. On the other side, we had a terrible time at the cotton on in Santa Anita. That's not her fault. We really appreciate her taking the time and making the extra effort. Jenna should be acknowledged for her excellent care.”

“In the mood for sushi at Katsuya? Well, the Glendale Katsuya closed down and is now a Gucci store! That's LA for you. OK back to Gucci. It is truly a beautiful store as they made great use of that large Katsuya space. Since opening, they've added a lot of menswear which is nice. Gucci's new designer is trying to return to the classics, so you'll see less of that graffiti stuff and more traditional designs with some modern updates. Some Yelpers complain about the line outside. It's not a snooty thing; just the opposite -- it's to prevent the grab-and-run criminals who have been all over the Americana these days. And if you have a salesperson, make an appointment and there's no wait at all. Sales staff at this location are particularly friendly, as one is assigned to each guest as they enter. Not pushy. If you're feeling funny about shopping in a Gucci boutique, don't be. My experience is that they treat everybody like VIPs. Five stars and of course five dollar signs as well. There are no sales at the boutiques but I'm lugging stuff around that is 10 years old and the drip is still there. See you at Katsuya. I mean Gucci.”

“I can count on The Black Tux when I need a suit for a wedding. I've gone four times and have not been disappointed yet. They have a variety of suits and styles to choose from and I've gotten a different one each time. They're located inside Nordstrom at the men's section on the 3rd floor. The staff who've helped me are really professional and helpful in making sure that not only does the suit look good, but it fits right. Shout out to Garineh who's helped me the last two times and was really sweet and personable!”
