The customer service is amazing! Naz the owner is very friendly, kind, helpful and she gives the best fashion advice. She gives her honest opinions about what she thinks looks good on you and what doesn't. You can tell she really cares for her customers and wants them to look their absolute best.”

“Went to purchase presents from their beauty department located on first level. They have special concierge personal that help with multiple recommendations and support the specific brand sales area. Emily was very helpful, sincere, and nice. I really think Nordstroms after decades of being a customer is still the best department store! This department store brings that comfort and pleasantness of shopping was in America and hopefully for many years to come. Nordstrom's in my book has the best service, best selection, organization , exchange/ return policy and best staff to help with questions.”

“Visited this store for the first time today (Oct 13, 1:20pm). Got a cute pair of velvety Mary Janes. All three of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, the girl that grabbed our shoes for us was super quick and brought me multiple options, which was really helpful. The manager was super friendly, and Seven who rung us up was was great. Awesome store with a killer team”

“I went to their Aerie store (right next to the American Eagle in the Glendale Galleria) today. I was immediately welcomed at the door into a clean shop. The person who helped me find what I was looking for was named Alexa, and she also checked me out at the register. The store itself is super cute & so are it's products, and the customer service was very good as well. Big props to all the workers there and Alexa especially :) !”
“Cecile is a dream to work with. She made my experience effortless and extremely enjoyable. She goes BEYOND any job you will find if you are looking for dresses for your wedding party. She is reliable, knowledgeable, organized, talented with a great fashion eye, as well as being caring, kind, generous with her time and makes you feel so special the moment you walk into her place. She took care of everything from tailoring advice to the ordering, shipping, and follow-up calls. My niece, mom and dad who went with me at different times are still talking about how lovely she made them feel in what they were all trying to accomplish. I am glad she was in my life during this critical time in my life when looking for the wedding party dresses. I advise not going through any online service when you can have her attention to detail. “Good service and great deals. However some deals are via from internet. There are also some deals that you won't know they are offering until you have a membership with them. Then via messages by phone or by email you are said these deals. Like the one deal about 5 for $35 and get 5 free, thus making it 10 for $35”
“Great shout out and kudos to the great service from Jenna, manager over at the Cotton on in Glendale In short, there's been obviously a big scramble for the Barbie clothes and my daughters and wife wanted these Barbie shirts, but it was only one left and it was on the mannequin, and she happily got it for me so we were very happy. However, my other daughter and wife wanted shirt too and there's nothing left online and she went and found one at the cotton on store in the Santa Anita mall called over there as the manager had it put on hold and was really excellent. On the other side, we had a terrible time at the cotton on in Santa Anita. That's not her fault. We really appreciate her taking the time and making the extra effort. Jenna should be acknowledged for her excellent care.”

Needless to say the store was packed with shoppers.As soon as we entered the store Taylor approached us with assistance. She serviced us with a great smile & was quick to get the shoe my daughter wanted ;)We were in & out within 10 minutes!! Taylor is a gem & goes out of her way to service customers!!”

“I went in very late one evening looking for a posh outfit for the following day. I was frazzled and Diana asked if she could help. I know zero about fashion but I trusted her immediately. Some of the things she choose were very outside my comfort zone and she happily brought me items that were spot on. Hamlet offered to jump in and before I knew it, without any sales pressure whatsoever, I had been styled and I purchased the clothes that I loved and the “scary” ones. They didn’t rush me and we’re very honest about what would (and would not) look good on me. I appreciated their honestly and that allowed me to grow into “owning my new look.” Compliments galore. Spectacular experience. Very fun. They’re a great team. Hamlet is an amazing stylist.”

“I couldn't even tell you the last time I was inside a Banana Republic but it would have been close to a decade ago in San Diego. This is the outpost inside the Glendale Galleria. It's a "double wide" lot and tons of stock inside. Basically the same as what I remembered from the past but they had more "house wares" than I remember, pillows and such.”
