“Highly recommend this business for your auto repair after an accident. I had been rear ended on the freeway and my Kia dealership recommended Pro American. I'm very happy I went with them. Cosmo was first to assist me with all my questions, including my concerns about going through the insurance company from the person who hit me; as that company was trying to persuade me to go with one of "their" auto shops. Jim ended up taking my case, and I really feel like he went above and beyond to make sure my case was handled smoothly and efficiently. My car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier. “I used this shop to fix my 2019 Honda Clarify PHEV. It was supposed to take 8 days/labor hours and estimate was 20 days. I ended up picking up my car a week later. So far the repair was perfect and wasn’t able to find any defects. Adapted cruise sensors and other sensitive parts at front bumpers were all well fixed. It is recommended body shop from my insurance company(Geico), so I trusted them.Overall it was convenient to visit from my home, their technicians/engineer’s skill was great, and also great desk receptionist. I recommend this place.”

However, I never felt more welcomed by three men at the front sales counter. Their front lobby was loaded with goodies for my truck, and they have a decent apparel section too. “The best shop for BMW E92 M3 owners.Malek came highly recommended by members in a BMW forum.I brought my car in for rod bearings, alignment and other service. He found a cracked control arm that another shop had overtightened. We decided to replace both sides, he ordered the parts, did the repairs and the only guy I have found who really knows how to properly align a car with fully adjustable suspension i.e. track, wheelbase, camber, caster, then he weight balanced the car as well. “I went Quigley's last week to get my bumper replaced after it tore off my car. The guys there were nice and knowledgeable. Instead of charging me for a whole new bumper they were able to put the old one back on after taking a look at it. These guys could have easily cheated me a told me that I needed a new bumper but instead they acted with honesty and integrity.They fixed my car in a day and bumper looks perfect.I highly recommend Quigley's Autobody”

“Awesome service at Fabricante Auto Body from Fred. I went in this morning for some scratches on my Tesla. I was prepared to be told I will need to have the bumper replaced. Fred said he’ll see what he can do. He took the car in the back and had his team work on it. After a few minutes he brought the car back with most of the scratches gone! They were able to buff most of it out. And at no charge!!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Fred. You definitely deserve a 5-star!!”

By contrast, I was also seriously considering a BMW. Notwithstanding the fact that I already own a late model BMW which I just got in another part of the country, the BMW dealerships were impossible to deal with, asking for everything but my blood type. Mercedes at Foothill Ranch was completely the opposite, making everything pleasant and easy. I will certainly go to this dealership again when I need my next car.”
