“I used this shop to fix my 2019 Honda Clarify PHEV. It was supposed to take 8 days/labor hours and estimate was 20 days. I ended up picking up my car a week later. So far the repair was perfect and wasn’t able to find any defects. Adapted cruise sensors and other sensitive parts at front bumpers were all well fixed. It is recommended body shop from my insurance company(Geico), so I trusted them.Overall it was convenient to visit from my home, their technicians/engineer’s skill was great, and also great desk receptionist. I recommend this place.”
“i needed to find a new mechanic ASAP and stumbled upon these genuine beings . i took my car in for an oil change after making a same day appointment . i could've been out in an hour but the oil change comes with an inspection and David ( that magical being ) kept coming out to explain the little things my car needed . but explained it to me like a person - no mansplaining because i'm a woman or speaking as if i'm a mechanic and i look under my hood , cause i don't . even quoted me for future work on my car and told me the levels of urgency and i wasn't mad at the quote at all !!! this experience was so good i made an appointment before i left to bring my wife car . can't believe it took me so long to find them . my life ain't been the same since !!! all of the people working there are of high quality and are so kind - the receptionist was so personable , she just was laughing and smiling BOTH days and you can tell the people get along the culture don't lie !”

“Highly recommend this business for your auto repair after an accident. I had been rear ended on the freeway and my Kia dealership recommended Pro American. I'm very happy I went with them. Cosmo was first to assist me with all my questions, including my concerns about going through the insurance company from the person who hit me; as that company was trying to persuade me to go with one of "their" auto shops. “I would like to leave a good review about this place. I arrived with a brake problem. and I was billed $170 to diagnose and find the cause of the problem. when the master got behind the wheel and drove away. the car repaired itself. I still haven’t figured out how. but the master wanted to continue the inspection. I refused. the guys wasted their time on me and didn’t take my money. I am thankful. it's fair of them. and honestly where is it worth going there ?”

“Wow super stoked to have found this shop. I brought my ford to them for what I thought were transmission problems(slipping, jumping) which I’ve been putting off to fix. I met with Micheal the mechanic who diagnosed my truck and found out the real problem (fuel pump and ignition coils) he told me my transmission was good which I was happy to hear. Michael did an awesome job fixing my truck. It runs great now and I will be coming here for all vehicle related services. I totally recommend them for A+ service. Super kind and friendly staff.”

“I called them after receiving a seemingly ridiculously high estimate for work from the garage nearby that I’d been using for the last 15 years. I’m glad that I did. The other guy quoted me 1,350 for timing belt and they SV quoted at 1000. (A 3rd place quoted 1850).SV was also about half of what my old place wanted for rear brakes.Adolfo was the guy I spoke with. Very helpful and offered suggestions on tire replacement that also saved me several hundred dollars.They are a not a fancy shop —but who cares? I just want quick quality service at a good fair price.Very happy with my first experience there”
