“Prologue - Subscribed to a post paid plan. Was misled on the promo. Billing issues. Substantial miscommunication with T-Mobile support. Epilogue - Returned the phones and canceled the plan.However, this is the in-between. Turned up at this T-Mobile store with the above problem - I cannot fully state the exemplary service provided by some of the staff at this store.Jose is an absolute legend! A remarkable person who was extremely considerate, demonstrated exceptional comprehension of the problem and potential solutions. Above all has infinite patience! True rock star! He spent several hours with support on my behalf to have this issue sorted. The epitome of how customer support ought to be - and fundamentally how people ought to be, kind and compassionate. Go Bambi!Shout-out also to Kevin and store manager, Ashley. Similar experience different day. If you are still considering T-Mobile, and going into a store, this is the store you want to visit!”

“One of the nicer stores. Well stocked - hot food looks fresh. Very busy early morning and at lunch. Parking is tough so snack off hours. Very friendly staff. This was one of the Homer Simpsons stores a few years back. Love this place”
“I've seen many negative reviews but my experience here was great! I came in with my girlfriend looking for a TV. Sudarshan greeted us at the door and quickly established a personal relationship with us. I did not go in with the mindset to buy any TV, but Sudarshan had great knowledge and showed me the difference between OLED and QHD. He wasn't pushy at all and I walked out with a 55inch Sony OLED. He deserves recognition, I would come back for that type of service any day!”

They had other flavors of Mike's Harder on the shelf, but not the Blood Orange that I was looking for.I selected a bottle of Wine and the register price was three times the price shown below product on the shelf. I do not enjoy deceptive pricing. It feels like attempted theft.The Employee did not convey any concern as I brought these issues to his attention. He did not have any information regarding the Stockout and he did not fix the incorrectly priced Wine.”

“Doug Pauley...is the man. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Came in needing a new 83in TV. Doug explained all the various brands and the Pros/Cons between Samsung, LG, Sony. Offered up some amazing prices and warranties as well. Ended up getting the LG 83in QLED TV + Sound Bar, etc. Used to go to Best Buy but, definitely coming here in the future for all my TV needs for sure. Pretty legit place. Thank you.”
