Sudarshan greeted us at the door and quickly established a personal relationship with us. I did not go in with the mindset to buy any TV, but Sudarshan had great knowledge and showed me the difference between OLED and QHD. He wasn't pushy at all and I walked out with a 55inch Sony OLED.
