“We used these guys for a short move a couple a months ago, and Tonga and his team really impressed us. They were not only extremely efficient, but also took extremely good care of our stuff. Tonga gave us very personal advice on how we could get rid of some old furniture that we didn't need. Once we arrived at the new place, Tonga and his crew were quick to remove his shoes without us even asking! This was huge for us as a traditional shoes-off household. Tonga was also very careful to point out each of the marks on our wall as he came in, to make sure that we knew that they were here before he came in. His team assembled all of our furniture expertly, including tightening a lot of my furniture that I didn't even realized could be tightened. Our dining table actually is way more sturdy than it was before- so he left things BETTER than they were when they came in! Overall I was super impressed with Tonga and the team, and I would certainly book them and One Move Movers again. Ray, who spoke to me for a while to determine what I needed to pay for, and what I didn't (she didn't try to push extra services on me that I didn't need) also was super helpful and awesome!!”

“Recently cleared out my long time storage items. Tony was a great help and saved me many many trips carrying boxes downstairs with his vehicle that allowed you to easily get your items transferred to the parking lot from the second floor. All of his help and conversation was filled with kindness. I had items stored there for over 15 years. no signs of rodents or bugs in my storage unit. The monthly cost was reasonable and fair. Thank you again Tony.”

“Signed up for a space about a month ago. Karen, the manager, was very helpful and nice through the process. Charges were explained clearly and honestly. The facility is clean and secure. No complaints so far.”

“Been storing there since they opened late last century. Sure the parking can be tough (downtown Palo Alto, duh!), Sure the staff is abrupt some times (would you always be Mr. / Ms. Sunshine if you had that job). The building is sound (survived Loma Prieta just fine thank you). But at the end of the day, you store stuff there. So the important things are a fair price, a dry environment, security and convenience and they hit on all of these marks.”
